We had a great experience. It was much better than expected after The Luxury Peru Travel Company planned every detail. I highly recommend their service.

We were picked up on time and the guides were all very helpful and waited with us if we needed time to get on the bus, etc. The only hiccup was at the hotel in Machu Picchu. We would’ve preferred to stay at the five star Inkaterra hotel instead of the Bami inkaterra. The Puno Casa Andina hotel room had some plumbing issues even though we didn’t put toilet paper in the toilet, it would not flush properly. The housekeeping staff either didn’t notice the problem or forgot to deal with it. The front desk sent someone with a plunger to help. We truly felt spoiled and special thanks to all the people who were employed to help us through Luxury Peru!

The Luxury Peru Travel experience was just that, luxurious. We were totally impressed with the smooth execution and transition of every phase of our trip. Our accommodations were well chosen, our guides were bar none (especially Nilo in Machu Pichu) and all aspects of our 5 day trip were first class.

The guides were very knowledgeable. The accommodations were great and we enjoyed the door to door service that was provided. It was nice not to have to worry about a thing.

In general good arrangements to visit such a great country as Peru, some details to be improved.

We had great service, excellent guides and superb hotels. David was very patient when we needed to shorten our trip. We could not do the Cuzco, Sacred Valley section we had originally planned, So we concentrated on Lima, Paracas and the south. The culinary tour was delightful. The Larca Museum amazing. We might not bother with central Lima and spend more time in the Miraflores and Barranco areas.The dinner in the desert after the overflight of Nazca lines was incredible. Highly recommended.

Please use this company if you want a stress free vacation with zero worries. Diana took care of everything, we had a guy on the ground that would text every night to make sure we were on the same page for the next day. Every guide was on time and was extremely knowledgeable with the areas that we visited. We booked all private tours and first class amenities. Both we spot on. Nothing was missed and in a world that is unpredictable.....our time was anything but. Thank you for putting together an amazing experience for my son and myself.

Everything was delivered as planned. Transfers and Guides were on time, room upgrades were given when available. Overall experience was excellent.

The guides!! But also the value provided on hotels, meals and a smooth, perfectly timed out schedule for our quick trip in Peru.

The guides were there every step of the way. They quickly set our minds at ease that everything would be taken care for us.

Everything was very well organised, punctual, and the guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. A few issues to note:
- The journey from Arequipa to Puno was rushed. The guides had decided to return that evening so we did not stop as often as we should have and the drive was a too fast; to the point that all of the children vomited with travel sickness.
- There were also a few times we asked to stop at specific viewpoints, or increase time in one place and reduce in another, and we were told we were not allowed. Very irritating as flexibility was a main driver to booking a fully managed tour.
- There was a lunch stop where the venue was not prepared for our group so we had nowhere to sit. The staff were trying to put together tables with filthy chairs. We eventually got seated but it was a bit stressful.
In regards to the children, it would be great to choose guides who are able to make it fun for them, and to use earpieces to hear the guide when pulled away by the children. The only other issue we experienced was with the van in Cusco; the speakers at the back were not working and, even though we advised repeatedly that we could not hear the guide, he continued to mumble into the side of the microphone so l didn't hear anything he said. The speakers were eventually fixed. Overall an amazing trip and experience and we were well taken care of by the whole team. We would definitely recommend the company to family and friends.

The details of the transfers, guides, accomodations and tours were all perfectly organized. Each transfer was waiting for us upon our arrival and each of the guides was knowledgeable and personable.

We just wrapped up a 12 day personal tour and it was absolutely amazing. David and Andrew put together a well thought out itinerary and was executed beautifully. Everything was exactly as advertised. The guides (Sue, Norma, Hugo, Jhanet, Beto) were knowledgeable, energetic and passionate about Peru and it's people. The drivers and greeters (Gustavo, Ricardo, Modesto, etc) were friendly and professional. This was a trip of a lifetime for my wife and I. Thank you to the Luxury Peru team!

When they say “luxury” they mean it! All of the hotels were amazing, the guides were informative and helpful. I went in very excited about the Amazon portion and not knowing much about Machu Picchu, but I left knowing I’ll be back to explore Cusco more. And I will definitely book through David again.
