I was so impressed with this company and with Frederic in particular. I ordered a large rug at a very good price but was then informed that there was a long delay on delivery so I had to cancel. I was notified when the item was again available and reordered at a significantly higher price. I was amazed to receive an email from Frederic saying that they had noticed my new order and were going to charge the discounted price that I had been offered months previously. Now thatâs what I call excellent customer communication and service! The rug was well packaged and delivered quickly. I highly recommend this company.
