Great service from Servicemy, very polite engineer and would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Engineer was on time.He got started straight away ,checked operation of heat pump and cleaned filters and checked operation of central heating and water tank.The whole process took about 2 hours

Easy communication, arrived on time, explained everything. Great technician and company.

Problem with my heat pump sorted out after diagnosis the problem. The engineer even stayed overnight to make sure everything was OK.

These guys are SO professional and I am delighted with their service! They turned up on time and were so diligent and knowledgeable about all aspects of the service of my 3 phase heat pumps. I highly recommend them!

Great experience with Chris from Service My. The service was very thorough and he was able top answer all my questions on the system. He was also able to offer great advice on system care and what to look out for.

My heat pump started acting up towards the end of the year and I had no idea what to do with it as I hadn't had it installed and the previous owners of the house I bought did. I phoned up service my and a kind man on the phone explained about the maintenance it needs and why mine was running so terribly. He set me up a service plan and sent someone the same week for its first service, I'm shocked at how well it's running already and I plan to keep my plan and not let it get to the state it got to when I bought the house at the start of last year! I couldn't recommend this company enough!!

My Air Source Heat Pump stopped working at the end of january. I have had two companies out that were unable to fix it. Yesterday I had Chris here from ServiceMy, and within an hour he had identified the problem. After a journey to the wholesalers he came back and after a couple of hours working on it he had it back up and running. Can't thank him enough and I now have heating once again! Amazing service!

I had my Daikin air source heat pump serviced by ServiceMy, it was a fixed fee and the booking was straightforward. The engineer who came to my home was knowledgeable and professional. He checked all the components of the system, cleaned, tested and also ensured everything was done correctly to protect my warranty. He gave me advice on improving efficiently, and recommend remote monitoring which I will be getting installed. The service has definitely improved performance.

Had my heat pump serviced after having it fitted just over a year ago. Declan came out to service it and not only did he do a good job of explaining everything to me he was also very considerate and friendly. I had found Service My online and there seems to be no others who do it!! I’ve also ended up saving more money as my heat pump now works more efficiently.
