Beautiful range of pebble tiles. Samples quickly despatched and change to sample order accommodated by telephone call.
A human picked up the phone and answered my question about the delivery of my order. Delivered quickly. Great quality. I would use again.

Great quick service. A few of the tiles were damaged. Just sent over a picture and they were replaced immediately. Would definitely use again

Our order was dealt with efficiently and delivered on time. Tiles were excellent, just as advertised.

I ordered some pebble floor tiles and they arrived promptly. Very happy with the product so far. I will post a photo once they are fully installed.

Fast response. Very quick and easy to use, and we got exactly what we were asking for; and delivered very fast and professionally.

Not a good service to go with.
Took over a month for my order to arrive

Ordered tiles on Tuesday 20/10/26 with expected delivery in 2-3 days (I had a temporary scaffold up with access to the roof terrace, so needed them promptly.) On Friday afternoon I called up to ask what the delivery date would be, only to be told that they could only buy a whole pallet of them from the supplier, so if I wanted the whole pallet (almost double my order) they would give a discount on the extras. A few extra 600x600 tiles I would have agreed to, but not dozens. I made the point that they are a tile store, and surely it's their problem that they might end up holding some tiles in stock, not mine, Matt said he'd check with the warehouse and call back. No call back. Monday lunchtime I called again, Matt said he'd check with a manager and call me back by 12pm. No call back. I call again 5pm Tuesday. The position is that they refuse to order in more tiles than I need because they don't want to end up with unsold tiles in stock, so instead they can offer two alternatives, one of which is a totally different size. I cancel the order- I'll buy my tiles from a tile stockist who doesn't mind stocking tiles. Their lack of communication with me regarding the order has now cost me a week and my scaffold is due to be removed. I'd avoid Luxury Tiles UK.

Delighted with the Atlantis mosaic tiles we ordered. They will greatly enhance our bathroom's sink's splashback. The variety of mosaic tiles on one sheet enables creative decoration.
I also appreciate being able to phone, speak to a human being and get knowledgeable, helpful advice.

Great website really easy to use
All pics are realistic to what you get
Deep black riven slate tile really sleek and modern but with a classic clean look. Really good quality tile looks beautiful

Lovely tiles just what I was looking for and very speedy delivery too. What more could I ask for.

Customer service was excellent. The tiles are stunning and of the highest quality. Price was extremely reasonable.

There was a slight glitch in delivery. I made contact with the company. A named person took responsibility and it was sorted out within the day.
I would be confident using this company again.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
We received an email from the company after purchasing almost £400 worth of tiles to demand additional money from us for the cost of delivery.
This was not an insignificant sum of money either - .
After emailing back to state our consumer rights and the fact we had entered a legally binding contract on payment, we have received no further communication.
We have received no refund and and no tiles.
We have tried contacting them on multiple other occasions to receive no further communication in return.
I am absolutely horrified by the lack of customer service or knowledge of consumer rights.
This is a terrible company and I honestly do not know how they have so many good reviews after our experience!!

Well.. they stock some really nice unique tiles but unfortunately they show stock that they don’t have, paid for express delivery, take the payment and leave you waiting a week or two until you chase them and then be told that they actually don’t have stock and won’t for months!
They didn’t contact me to tell me I had to chase them and it was “warehouses fault”.
They did however refund me promptly.
I emailed them once again a week later after still seeing them “in stock” and suggested they update their website, as honestly I’m keen on waiting for them to come back in but they haven’t replied and still shows in stock.
So the moral of the story is to call them before placing any online orders, which kind of defeats the objective of an online purchase, but to increase the chances of you getting your order it’s the better solution.

Such a shame as the ones I wanted are unique to them and the best I’ve found.

Lovely mosaic bright yellow and white tile sheets. Delivered promptly…I will be ordering!

Very happy with the service I received from Luxury Tiles. They had the best and most interesting options available online and I was able to get samples of several of those quickly and cheaply. The cream scalloped tiles look beautiful as the flashback to the hob in my new kitchen. Great service and products from start to finish!
