This was a first time, and a treat for 3 friends from me.
It was simply awesome, both they and I found the whole experience fantastic. Staff, Food, ambience
a real trip of a lifetime, (We have all done many things together, this was one of the best).
It didn't spoil it for us, but shame, the rep did not arrive, also the cards, i should have given to my guests.
I now see the added Bonus, which i didn't know
anything about that i now have a money off offer.. amazing. A great big thank you !!

We only had one hiccup on the train, as I had requested a gift card saying happy birthday to my husband on the table but this was not provided. Hence four instead of five stars. But a lovely day with lovely food and would definetly book again

I have used this company several times and each experience has been thoughtfully handled, with staff who know what they're doing and who are always friendly & helpful. Nothing has been too much trouble and even if I've panicked about something, like the rail strikes, they have remained cool, calm & collected. It doesn't matter who you communicate with, they all present a united front of care and commitment. Thank you for making my rail trips, aboard this iconic train, so memorable!

British Pullman (Belmond Train) from London Victoria - Festive Afternoon Tea

We had the most amazing time. We were bought tickets as a special Christmas present from mum and dad. We sat in the carriage named Ione and had everything we could wish for. The service was fantastic - thank you. The food was delicious and the carriage was decorated beautifully. The Christmas cracker we received was a lovely touch. The lady who helped to make the booking, Lucy, was wonderful. Also we needed to request a vegetarian option for one of us and the British Pullman customer service team were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this experience. Thank you.

These guys were absolutely brilliant. Our trip was prefect, all I hoped it would be and more. The luxury train tickets guys, Lucy in particular, went out of their way to help me decide upon and arrange the trip; they were endlessly patient with my prevarications. I would very happily go back to them and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

This was a retirement present for my husband,and it didn't disappoint.
Easy to park, lovely reception, mulled wine and mince pies really set the scene along with the decor and the wonderful singers.
All staff were friendly and professional. And dressed in accordance with the era.
The magician on board was excellent, and a lovely surprise with singers on board.
The food, oh the food, beautifully presented, and very tasty, and good variety, tea and coffee a plenty, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available ,everything was magical. We were all invited to walk around and see the rest of the train carriages, which we did, and were very impressed with everything, the carriages have been maintained beautifully, the panelling and history were enchanting.
All in all a wonderful trip for a special occasion, over to soon.

What a fabulous time we had, it was my husbands birthday and we were seated on the Perseus Carraige. Thank you so much for making my husbands birthday a truly memorable experience. Thank you for assisting me regarding my questions and preferences via emails. I can not thank you enough.

I enjoyed the meal and service.
I did not sharing the table with the two ladies . The one opposite to had no teeth. They were both looked more like they were dressed for the bingo hall . In fact I was disappointed to find most of the customers in our carriage were of similar standard. I felt completely over dressed . I dressed in accordance to the price of the ticket. Our table was the first in the carriage. Unfortunately the staff had to keep the door open into the passage while coming and going all through the journey. This made it uncomfortable with the cold draught on us throughout the journey

Such a memorable day out to cap our celebrations for our Silver wedding anniversary. From the start the friendly team made booking a simple process, to on the day being made to feel special from start to finish. The staff were very professional and took care of us during the journey, we were served quality meals and drinks. Canterbury cathedral was the perfect setting for the carol service. For me the mark of a successful day was that ,my wife never stopped smiling from start to finish. Thank you to all involved.

It's not the first time we had the pleasure of a trip on the Pullman train, once again it was an absolute pleasure, start to finish, we loved it, the singing girls who greet you at the station and come through the carriages were an absolute delight. The food was superb and Harry who looked after us was not only a nice chap but interesting too !.

Booked a Christmas day trip to Bath through LuxuryTrainTickets for a friends 50th Birthday. The process was easy and Lucy was brilliant to deal with. My friend and her husband had the most fantastic day - definitely one they will never forget! I have already recommended to other friends

Booked the British Pullman festive lunch through Luxury Train Tickets and had an amazing experience! It was a special occasion as I was proposing to my girlfriend. LTT was extremely helpful in organising the special day. Lucy Mullins in particular was great to deal with - she was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect!

Excellent service from the moment we stepped on the train to the moment we stepped off.
Great food and drink too. Special day!

Belmond afternoon tea on Sunday was amazing starting at Victoria station with a hot mulled wine and mini mince pie carol singing,, then on the train wow all decked out in Xmas 🎄 baubles and holly table laid with a Xmas cracker with gift then champagne and a glorious afternoon banquet was all amazing don’t matter how many times you go every time is so special

This was a late birthday present for me. We joined the Pullman at Victoria for the day trip to Bath. We were in Gwen carriage and were really well looked after. The food & service was excellent. The only disappointment was a signal failure which cut our time in Bath short & resulted in a diverted journey back. But these things happen and I still thoroughly enjoyed the day.

I bought the tickets as a surprise for my husband’s birthday. It did not disappoint.
From the very start the entire experience was faultless; the food was absolutely delicious (as good as any top class restaurant). The menu was superbly balanced and was complemented beautifully by the wine selection.
The most memorable part of our day was the hospitality given to us by the three stewards in coach Phoenix. They made us feel special and nothing was too much trouble.
My husband would love to repeat the experience!!

A surprise 70th birthday present for my wife was brilliant in every respect. The journey from Victoria to Bath was a delight with excellent food, service and comfort in Gwen carriage. Bath Abbey was stunning as well as the Roman Baths. Only negative was the delay of the train from Bath and waiting on a cold platform. However the return to Victoria was again excellent and the train experience is highly recommended.
PS A minor issue is that although the majority of individuals were dressed smartly, a minority were over casual in jeans, etc.

It was a birthday gift for my husband. He was thoroughly impressed with every facet of the trip. I did the same trip 18 years earlier and wanted my new husband to have the same experience I had for my 50th birthday then. We were very pampered by our designated waiters. The cuisine was nouvelle, and the Bellinis, champagne and wine were overflowing and very welcome. Highly recommended but a steam engine would have been the icing on the cake.. but it was not to be.
