Luzdu

Ceny sa wysokie a ciuchy masakra a najlepsze jest to ze proponuja ci 20% zwrotu np cos kosztuje 354 a otrzymasz 70,80 283.20 czysty zarobek. Uważajcie !!!!!!

Order a size small pair of jeans for my 5ft 3” daughter. When they arrived they were long enough to fit me, a 6ft 2” man. Customer service said they weren’t faulty. Turns out return address is China. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Ho perso completamente tutti i soldi
Fate attenzione

I had a terrible experience with Luzdu. The jeans I received were clearly counterfeit and did not match the description or quality promised on their website. When I reached out to customer service to report the fake items, they were completely unhelpful and offerd just 20% of the refund.
They refused a standard refund and insisted I ship the package back to China at my own expense. This is a common tactic used by fraudulent sites to trap your money. Do not trust this site!"

Items sold are fake. Please don't waste your money. It's a scam.

My wife ordered a pair of shoes. A few minutes after placing the order, she realized that they were not shoes from the desired brand, but a fake. She immediately canceled the order online, as no one could be reached by phone at the number provided. Shortly thereafter, an email from customer service stated that the order could no longer be canceled because the goods had already been shipped. Now the only option offered is a trackable return shipment to China. The cost of this return exceeds the value of the shoes. This appears to be exactly what the company Luzdu is aiming for, as can be seen from many other reviews saying the same thing. So beware: stay away! Fake products are being sold here, not originals. Cancellations are ignored and exchanges are virtually impossible.

Billigste Chinaware! Vorsicht!!

Odradzam !! Problemy ze zwrotem. Firma podaje adres, produkt trzeba wysyłać do Chin na własny koszt !!!!!! Czuję się oszukana. Nie polecam !

If to be honest not even one star for this shop . I ordered jeans and paid over £40 the quality is so awful doesn’t even match the picture been showing on the website and size way too big I ordered size xs and I got size M and honestly I would never wear this jeans u can get in primark better quality.
Avoid this shop

Avoid!
I ordered two pairs of jeans for my daughter for Christmas. This website looked like it was based in Europe… yet once I had the tracking number it was clear it was coming from China. Delivery took over one month. Trying to get the details of how to return an item (one size was too small) is pretty much impossible and have been offered 10%?!? Really poor experience! Would definitely not recommend!

Ordered a pair of jeans that took 1 month to arrive. Despite paying £40 the quality was awful and did not fit properly. Contacted customer service was offered 10% refund and keep the jeans which I refused, now a 20% refund or 75% voucher to keep the jeans. When I asked for money back they said I have to pay postage back to China and if item is lost of damaged on arrival I get nothing. If you order from this site you have no chance of a full refund should the item be unsuitable

Ordered a pair of jeans for my daughter, eventually arrived after nearly a month. They were supposed to be a small but were huge. Contacted customer service who offered a 10% refund and us to keep the jeans, then a 20% refund or 75% voucher to keep the jeans. When I asked for money back I was expected to cover the cost of a recorded delivery back to china . Please be careful when using this website , there is no sizing guide so it’s lottery . It seems they will do everything to stop you returning items. This website suggests it’s in Europe but the jeans were shipped from china

A megrendelt nadrág hetek múlva erkezett meg. Nem egyezik meg a kepen szereplő termékkel, más a színe, a varrása igenytelen, rossz minőségű. Visszaküldeni Kínába kellene 25 eurós postaköltségen. Senkinek nem ajánlom!
