Terrible customer service. Made me feel stupid for not being able to see very well. Asked about 3 different packs of Pokemon cards could see i was struggling working out even if they were Japanese or English. Was very rude, got the impression that it was a pain serving me. Definitely not a people person. Man is in wrong line of work.

Lvl up constantly provides a fantastic service we buy all sorts of different items from the seller every week and without fail they deliver. If we need a chat about something one of the team is on hand to reply always the same day via email - a service that you expect but your expectations are always matched and your answer always leaves you with more than enough reasons to continue using the shop. Would advise anyone who's after tabletop hobby gear to add to a pile of shame to get onto them first, If its out of stock its out of stock and refunds for that are done same day also which cannot be helped at lvlups end.

I bought a Pokemon Journey Together Enhanced Booster Box from Lvl Up Gaming, and transaction was smooth. Box was delivered promptly and safely.
I will buy again.

Ordered a Tarkir pre-con deck last week, arrived yesterday in good time and well packaged. Thank you for excellent service and will defo be doing business again in the future.

I have made several purchases of Infinity miniatures from their online store recently and been very satisfied each time. The prices were good, the items were well packaged, and they were dispatched quickly, being received within a few days each time. There was also what I considered to be a reasonable threshold for free postage.

They get my hearty recommendation and I am very likely to use them again in the future.

Contrary to the previous review, I had a great experience visiting this store. They are open late which is great and had a surprising amount of stock available.

The person who served me was super helpful and showed me around the shop and to the games room downstairs, packed with people. Gave me loads of information about upcoming stock and how to search the website for singles for the set I'm currently looking to collect.

Positive experience all around and will be going back again!

so I went in to buy some cards and was being polite to the person at the desk and I immediately felt like he did not want anything to do with me at all and was being very blunt and rather rude, I thought it was just a one off however, I went in the next day to collect an order and another staff member was at the counter and was equally rude and acted like he couldn't care less, I felt like I was not welcomed at all and I said hope you have a good day and got ignored, maybe both of them was just having bad days but I will never go back there again as it was so off putting. also I might add when I opened my cards they was quite bent and I got all my cards at near mint so I wasn't pleased with this.

hopefully someone sees this and they change their attitude :)

I was with 2 others the also thought the exact same and I’m not gonna make a big deal out of it but that is my honest review on the 2 times I went there, it wasn’t a booster pack I bought it was set of cards they did come bent and I have 2 people to back me up on that.

I've shopped with them through ebay a few times but this was my first time using their site. Item was well priced, well packaged and arrived quickly.

I have been ordering a large amount of the yu gi oh 25th anniversary booster boxes from this place and have had no problems - speedy delivery and well packaged! They include some free promo cards with each of my orders which was a nice touch. Will be looking to get my Pokemon 151 fix from this store when it’s released! Great seller!

i emailed this company to ask if bought today when will it dispatch they replied to me saying you should recieve item on release day, what was saturday the 17th so i bought it ,on the 14th they said it was dispatched, got a tracking number on ebay saying dispatched, so on friday it was still saying still with sender on royal mail so i emailed this company they said its gone, and with rms strike days it will be late so i emailed them again telling them i spoke to rm on the phone they said the sender has still got item, so i emailed them again telling them this they said rm s got it just not scanned it yet with backlog of stock so strike days was weds and thursday so i thought it would get picked up on friday not strike day so it would still arrive on saturday on tracked 48 so wrong was i , so i emailed them again on saturday they sent a copy off manifest and a picture of rms tracking number so i got back intouch with rm they said it was just a pree advice number, what it was, lvlup said they were wrong and still said rms got it just not scanned it ,with the back log, so then i got another email on the 19th dec monday, saying if not gone its still in container what will go today/ tonight so why lie they should of just told the truth and said it wont dispatch till the following monday when container gets picked up i wont ever use this company ever again very poor and i dont like lies, just tell the truth.the other company let them off with the complaint against them so whats the point when a company can rate them selves no wonder they have high marks on the board.its taken two years to read this

First order with this company and it has been great:

- Item shipped same day it was ordered
- Item was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition
- Communication was quick and friendly

Ordered a book on Tues, arrived on Fri, can't get much better. Well packed too.

So I've shopped with lvlupgaming in the past through eBay and have to say they were really helpful, friendly and enthusiastic with me when I contacted them with a minor issue on a small order, which was nice.

So this time I ordered through their actual website this time and bought a Dragonball Super Card Game 'At-Home Pre-Release Tournament Pack'
To the uninitiated basically what you get is 2 loose promo cards, a booster pack with 2 random cards from the set with "pre-release" stamped on them and then you get 6 loose regular booster pack from the newest set. (Realm of the Gods in this case)
And so having loose booster packs it's kinda open to abuse with weighing, mapping, giving the last packs left in a box after the good cards have already been pulled from a box, and all the other methods vendors have used to essentially scam people with...
This is an issue in every tcg enthusiasts mind when it comes to buying packs

And how do I know this wonderful establishment hasn't partaken in any of these shady business practices?
I pulled the SSB Vegeta Secret Rare from one of the packs...
There's the same card printed in the new exclusive God Rare, which being the most sought after card in the set going for in excess of £1000 (that's a low price for it)
Then the Secret Rare version I pulled is a £220~ card and more "budget friendly" version of the top chase card.

I don't think I'd of ever had a chance of pulling a card like that if they were doing any of nonsense you hear about.

So I'm pretty happy with them anyways, I'll definitely be back here again... Only bad thing is I live too far away to visit the actual brick-and-mortar shop.

Another perfectly delivered order! They always have great prices on Games Workshop products and quick delivery times. Have used this business several times without any problems A*

Placed my order on Thursday and it arrived on Monday, so very good delivery times.

Unfortunately however after receiving an order confirmation email, there was no further correspondence of any kind. The page asks you to keep visiting to check on the status of your order, but even now it is still in the 'processing' stage (it has never been updated).

This meant I had no idea when my order had been picked or dispatched, and with which courier it would be sent and what day it would arrive with me.

Overall it's not the end of the world but this is the first order I've placed in years that didn't provide this basic information.

Still, I'd happily order again as the goods did turn up in good time in perfect condition! I'd just like that reassurance of knowing what's going on.

Somehow have lost a £750 order of pokemon cards.

Email communication has been very poor, including inexplicably sharing another customers details with me in order to prove something went wrong with their posting or something - the email was hard to understand.

Tried to offer me a replacement product that is worth far less (champions path ETB) than the product I was buying (hidden fates ETB).

I have used this company twice now and been disgusted by them both times.
The first time I ordered a Christmas present from them which they listed as in stock even though they didn’t have any. After waiting weeks, I contacted them and was told they’d now sent one out. That never arrived either - clearly just never in stock. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal and got a refund through them. The second time I ordered a £110 booster box of magic cards which was listed as new. The box had clearly been opened (and was old and battered as well), so the packs could have been tampered with, making it worthless. They couldn’t even be bothered to hide it- looked like they got an old box and stuck some packs inside it. I will never use them again.

An incredible store, staff are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. James goes above and beyond to help. Prices are competitive and often cheaper in-store even when compared to larger online shops. I can't do justice in describing just how good this store is. If Warhammer is your thing then this should be where you are shopping as they are cheaper than games workshop stores. Sometimes saving you a massive 20%. My experience with Yu-Gi-Oh pre orders have always been honoured with no issues . During this current world situation this store has come in and stood WITH its customers. Dispatching on time and providing the same amazing level of service at a social distance. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you. You guys are heroes.

Not used before. Stuff turned up well packaged and within a week. Make it a couple days quicker and it will be a 5 star review.

UPDATE. Bumped up rating due to ease of communication with them. Will be ordering from them again.
