Emma is the best
Absolutely blown away with the training we have received today with Emma. No stone left unturned, we extracted every bit of information we could. What an asset to the company, she was amazing from the second we met her till the second she left. Bedside manner was impeccable. So welcoming and reassuring, very focused on making sure our form with the decide was perfect, attentive, patient and full of knowlange. Couldn’t have asked for more.

At home training with Becky
I received training at home with Becky who was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. She was thorough and explained everything in great detail, helping me put theory and practical together, giving me confidence and giving me all the information needed for my new machine, thank you Becky :)

Emma was fantastic during the training
Emma was fantastic during the training! She is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, always taking the time to ensure you fully understand before moving on. I received training at home by Becky when my machine was delivered, she was really good and i know if I have any concerns she will reply quickly and helps sort any concerns :)

Our salon team recently completed training with Janet on the Lynton Laser Excelight medical-grade machine, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Janet’s expertise and professionalism made the entire process seamless, ensuring every team member felt confident and well-prepared.
The online sessions were thorough and perfectly structured, covering everything from the science behind the Excelight machine to its applications for skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, and vascular treatments. Janet explained every detail with clarity and patience, ensuring we all understood the theory before moving on to practical work.
The hands-on, in-clinic training was exceptional. Janet worked closely with us as a team, offering personalized guidance and ensuring we each had the opportunity to practice using the Excelight machine under her supervision. Her ability to balance technical precision with a supportive teaching style made a huge difference in building our confidence.
Thanks to Janet, we now feel equipped to deliver safe, effective treatments with the Excelight machine. Her passion for teaching and dedication to excellence truly set her apart. If you’re looking for top-tier training on Lynton Laser technology, I can’t recommend Janet highly enough.

Great experience from the start
Great experience from the start. Really clear communication. Training was excellent and very in depth. I felt I needed more time after training to retain all the information, and my trainer Becky was happy to meet with me again to answer my questions.

Motus AY training with Becky
We recently had a Motus AY training day at our clinic, and it was a fantastic experience. Becky was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly approachable, making everything feel straightforward and easy to understand. I appreciated how patient she was, taking the time to address every question thoroughly. And even after the training, Becky has been so supportive—I know I can reach out anytime, and she always responds quickly and thoughtfully. It’s clear she genuinely cares about helping us succeed. I feel so much more confident in using the Motus AY, and I’m really grateful for Becky’s guidance and encouragement along the way. Highly recommend!

Training Day = AMAZING
I had my training day with Becky the other week, and i really enjoyed it. She went through everything i needed to know about the machine and the treatments very clearly. She answered all my questions. I am feeling happy, excited and very confident now about starting up the business thanks to Becky.

Richard, the best Lynton engineer
Richard came today to deliver and install my new ReMove hand piece for my Dynamix and I was amazed how patiently he explained everything to me. He checked everything thoroughly and took time to explain to me what it was done.
He was very polite, friendly and very understanding indeed when I needed to take some photos or record videos. It meant a lot to me.
At the end he reassured me that if I have ANY questions, I can text him.

Richard came to reinstall my Lumina…
Richard came to reinstall my Lumina machine and he was absolutely brilliant!
He explained everything throughly to me that I needed to know, including ways to help look after my machine more (no one else has done this), and this type of customer service goes a long way.
Richard was polite, friendly and made me feel completely at ease. His knowledge is unquestionable and is the best of the best.

Absolute Perfect In Every Way!
Had my practical training today with Eliz. Absolutely perfect in every way. Covered all of my treatments and answered all of my questions. I’m feeling so happy, excited and confident to proceed with my clinic.

I’ve had my Excelight training today…
I’ve had my Excelight training today with Becky. She is very friendly, well put together, very professional but personable at the same time. She is patient and she found ways to teach that suited me the most. The training content was very thorough, every little detail was covered. Cannot fault anything, such a fabulous day!
