The wrong size turned up
The wrong size turned up. These things happen I suppose, never happened to me. I had to send them back before they sent me the correct size.
It took over a month from my original order to finally receive them, various emails and phone calls in between. They did reply but it took too long to get the boots. I needed them for a specific job, and if Iâd used suppliers that Iâd used before then Iâd had received them within the week. The only reason that I used this company was that their price was the best on line.
Wonât use them again and still waiting on my £5.00 refund as a goodwill gesture. Which I suggested, not the amount but the gesture.

Do not use this company. Poor customer service, took 3 weeks for a jumper, only turned up once I wanted to cancel. Then took 4 weeks for a tshirt ordered at the same time.
