I placed an order with Lyra Modest atâŠ
I placed an order with Lyra Modest at the mid of August, and it has been a complete nightmare since then. UPS attempted delivery when I wasnât home, then took the package back and lost it. I went to the UPS store multiple times and never received my order.
I contacted Lyra Modestâs customer service, and they said they would send me a replacement order. However, when I tracked the replacement, I noticed it was delivered to a completely different address in another state. I reached out to them again, and they told me they would issue a refund once the item was returned to the store.
Itâs now been over two weeks, and Iâm still waiting for my refund. The entire experience, from August 19, and now it is october 13, has been extremely frustrating â between the lost packages, incorrect delivery, and lack of follow-through, Iâm very disappointed with their service. I will not be ordering from them again.

First time buyer and certainly not the last.
First of all the package arrived on time and based on how things were packed, one could tell this company operated with sincerity. They packed everything with care and included a complimentary tote. I appreciate well packed items as they create a great first impression.
The design of the swimwear was comfortable and well designed. I picked a color that was unfortunately not complimentary with my skin tone. Customer service was prompt and kind with their response when I asked for an exchange and they were willing to sell me the swimwear at the discounted price, even though the sale had ended. Overall, I felt supported, welcomed, and cared for as a first time buyer and am excited to see this company grow further.

Honest review
Honest review. I bought my Sofia Lyra swim suit probably now 3 years ago. Took good care of it. It was an expensive purchase. However the material started to go white and extremely thin and patchy. Contacted their customer service and was told nothing can be done as itâs over 12 months old. With the price I paid I expected it to last for many years considering I have taken good care of the swim suit. Quite disappointed and donât think I will be buying from here again.

Lyra is by far the best brand. When you can easily buy blindly without having to see the items live and you know for sure that the product will be impeccable. Beautiful, Comfortable Silhouette & Excellent Quality
I'm usually a silent purchaser but I just had to leave a review. I have been on an endless hunt for high quality, comfortable modest swimwear that caters to different body shapes and sizes. Especially within New Zealand & Asia but nothing quite fit my expectations until I came across Lyra Modest.
I'm so glad to have purchased Lyra Modest Swimwear, the products are truly stunning and the quality is absolutely excellent. I feel safe, secure and beautiful in the pieces. I've also never felt as comfortable in any previous swimwear peice as I do with Lyra Swimwear. I love the inclusion, identity and core values of this brand.
I have already gotten compliments and I'm genuinely grateful. I'm excited to see what future designs and products Lyra releases and I can't wait to reccommend this brand to everyone I know.

Don't bother buying. The quality is horrendous - bubbles up and tears after only ONE use. Customer service is just as good as how modest this suit is - non existent. For £110 buy yourself a latte instead you'll get what you actually paid for.

J'ai commandé deux maillots dont je suis satisfaite. Conformes aux photos et tissu de qualité. J'ai juste eu un souci avec l'un des deux maillots dont le tissus est devenu transparent (il s'est abimé sur certaines zones notamment au niveau des aisselles). J'ai contacté le SAV qui a été réactif, malheureusement la garantie de 18 mois était dépassée, mais j'ai eu droit à une carte cadeau comme geste commercial, ce qui est appréciable. J'espÚre que mon autre maillot ne va pas s'abimer aussi, à voir sur le long terme, mais globalement je recommande ce site.
