We enjoy our working relationship with Lyreco, specifically with Sarah Coulson. She is consistently friendly, approachable, and genuinely lovely to deal with. She always makes sure we’re aware of the latest deals and offers, and she remembers the products we regularly use or have shown interest in. If something relevant comes up, she never fails to mention it, which we really appreciate. Her support is reliable, thoughtful, and very much valued.

The customer service team are excellent! Liam Allworth and Sarah Coulson are fantastic, me and Liam have a great weekly catchup on the latest deals. I love the ease of ordering and the favourites list makes ordering a swift transaction. All SDS sheets are automatically sent when chemicals are purchased, a lovely touch for buisnesses.
