First time customer, usually use Just Air Guns but these prices seemed more competitive, however bought over £700 worth and there was an expensive item missing. Can’t get through to them. How do you miss a big item ?? Can’t recommend ☹️

i don’t usually make the effort to respond to dealing with a company,this time i simply have to.I started during the pandemic as retirement has suddenly rushed up, so being a novice i asked a lot of questions (i recon that it was the shortest straw that served me). I found the guys to be friendly, helpful,polite and knowledgeable,what more could you ask for ?

The company kept in full contact throughout the purchasing/delivery process, which gave me a good sense of security. The delivery time was kept to exactly, and notification was made throughout the whole delivery process. The process of face-to-face delivery for airguns was more convenient and more economical than the usual process of sending to a registered FAC dealer, which other companies do. All-in-all a great company to use if you have to purchase your desired airguns online.
