As others have said I was sceptical about handing over to an Automated Software for our Amazon Ads, we had previously had a pretty poor experience with an Agency and multiple very poor experiences with 'PPC Specialists' working independently.

The first two to three weeks there were some dips and swings as it says there will be. Thereafter the Autopilot settles down and just simply works. Our key lines have grown in sales velocity, budget is always held, ACOS is generally much lower than the target we set.

We only spend around 3.5k per month with circa 20-30 ASINs so moving to the full suite isn't really viable and in fairness the team at M19 have said it's potentially overkill too, which is actually a plus that there is that integrity of not pushing you into something not suitable just for profit.

But 8 months in and we are super happy so thanks guys, any queries we have had have always been answered extensively and with logical context.

If we had one issue it would be, again as others have said, it would be ideal if there was a mid tier option to allow some kind of customisation to Autopilot, call it Semi Autopilot guys! But yes that's really it.

For the cost of Autopilot and the reputation of M19 versus some of the competition you will struggle I believe to find anything comparable.

It does need a base rate of sale derived from previous / existing PPC campaigns, you cannot just introduce a brand new ASIN with no rate of sale or campaign data. We have found running heavy spending manual campaigns for 28 days then handing over to M19 works best on brand new ASINs.

But yes, make it Semi Autopilot and it's perfect, as it is it's pretty close thanks guys!

Vraiment agréablement surpris par ce logiciel ... Les débuts ont été un peu long et laborieux le temps que la data soit collectée mais honnêtement passé 10/15j l'algorithme s'est réglé et les résultats sont époustouflants.

J'obtiens des résultats similaires à quand je gérais le PPC manuellement voir légèrement meilleur, le tout en y passant 5 min par semaine ...

A partir du moment où vous commencez à avoir plusieurs marchés, ainsi que plusieurs produits pour moi utiliser ce type de solution est essentiel pour gagner du temps et de l'argent par la même occasion :)

5/5 avec un SAV disponible si besoin ! Rien à ajouter de plus si ce n'est que si votre produit n'est pas bon, M19 ne fera pas de miracle non plus, il amplifiera juste ce qui fonctionne déjà en bien quand en mal.

I was very skeptical in the beginning. handing over my campaigns to an AI is not an easy feeling...
But after 4 months, I must say that I'm happy with Autopilot.
I'm currently using only Autopilot, 50euros a month, well spent. I have stopped caring about my SP campaigns, and this means a lot of work and hours every week.
Well, I love it; it perfectly meets the ACOS target, which is fundamental for me, and keeps getting better and better. It seems that m19 keeps learning.
I must say that it works very well on the marketplace with good traffic, but almost not at all on the minor marketplaces. This could be a problem that only affects me, not other sellers.
This doesn't invalidate Autopilot, which I keep considering as super valuable. It probably needs more data and more time to perform better in these small marketplaces.
I would love to hand in my SB and SD campaigns to Autopilot, but to do so, you need to spend around 700 euros a month, which is a massive step for a business that spends 50 euros a month with Autopilot.
I hope that in the future, m19 can offer other subscriptions in a range between these 2 prices.
I love that Autopilot is hands off, complete autopiloting, you set your ACOS, your budget, and you are done, that is a huge plus.
Don't expect any support for Autopilot; they only support customers on M19 (the complete software). Still, I'm sure that if you have any issues, they will probably answer you anyway, but I must say that Ferdi, the AI assistant, is really excellent, super helpful. I have used it a lot, and it helps a lot.
Good job, guys. I have a feeling it can only get better and better.

Easy tool, well suited for beginners to experts on Amazon Ads. We use it in our agency and got crazy results even in autopilot ! We obviously then adapt campaigns to match our strategies and can do this very easily. Love it!

We have been using M19 for above 2 years now and are very satisfied. It is very intuitive and the datas + dashboards available on the platform allow us to better decision fast and track very througly our spending.

I definitely do NOT recommend M19. A few days ago, there was a problem with their system that caused all my campaigns to change their budget to $1, which made me lose a lot of money, especially because their support is TERRIBLE. Since this bug in their system happened on Saturday, they only responded on Monday, and even then it took them a few more days to resolve it. On top of that, I had recommended them to a friend who had the same problem and had to wait even longer. TERRIBLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND M19 AT ALL.

I was doubtful at first but my ACOS keeps improving. I think the price justifies the time it saves and I’m impressed with the performance!

It's fantastic, we have an asin reached 4.2 ROAS, and it manage cost very well, save us a lot of ad cost. We didn't do a good job on ad optimizing now we don't have to with this amazing tool.

I have only been using it for 3 weeks and had a good increase in sales on Amazon. So far, I am very pleased with this service.

Solid first trial month with m19, automating about $1k/month spend. I was skeptical that I would see much success given my relatively low spend vs other service's minimums but over the last month I've seen a pretty good improvement on ROAS from ~2.0 running ads manually to over 3.0 with m19. Major improvements over manual ads that I've noticed include targeting lower cost, more esoteric keywords and obvious dayparting in a way that I've failed to implement as effectively manually. I have not yet seen if m19 can automate video ads as well, but am looking forward to that if possible.
