I have purchased several phone case from macarooon and have been very happy with the product. I recently purchased a phone case and received without the embossing, which I had paid for. I reached out to the company and was contacted almost immediately with an apology and a replacement embossed case along with a screen cover complimentary (received today). I would highly recommend purchasing from macarooon!!!

Very poor customer service.
I am trying to return my order and there is no working customer service email, no phone number, and no clear online return process. I have contacted the company via email and social media and have received no response.
It should not be this difficult to return an item. The lack of communication is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
Until this is resolved, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering.

I placed an order and after 1 week of no updates I decided to reach out. I received no response from the company regarding my order for another two days. Randomly I received a notification saying I have been refunded. This website is a scam

The phone case is as described, works well with my existing MagSafe case, feels like leather, smells like leather. Arrived nicely packaged. Took a little longer than expected as I hadn’t realised it was shipping from China. (Only then did I check the reviews) early days on how it will wear with use.

Tried to post my one star comment on their website but of course they only post 5 star ratings.
The case arrived but was clearly not the quality they say it is. I’m pretty sure it’s not actually leather-just a pleather and the buttons feel really cheap.
Went to return and of course as other people stated, you can’t return it. Such a scam!

Quality of materials are sub par. Worse is the return experience. First, there is no easy interface for returns. That’s intentional. I had to find the email and request a return. After some back and forth due to time zone, this is the response that I received. “ As we are based outside of the USA, customers must be responsible for the return shipping costs, duties and taxes that may incur, as well as a restocking fee of USD 15. For a first time customer like you, we have refunded 50%, without requiring you to return the goods.“ don’t waste your money.

honestly I regret buying this iPhone 17 Air case from Macarooon. The fit is awful — the buttons barely line up and the case feels loose around the edges, which makes me worry my phone will fall out. The material feels cheap and slippery, nothing like what was shown online. After only a few days, it already looks worn and scratched.

What’s worse is that I paid a premium price expecting quality, and instead got something that feels like a bargain-bin case. Shipping took forever, and customer service was unhelpful when I tried to reach out. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. And on top of that they refuse a refund and try to change you $15 just to return the item.

Wish I had read this before ordering… absolute scam if you are reading this please do not spend a penny on this drop shipping company and go get yourself a case from Temi or something.
Also do read their Returns and Refunds policy and it will all make snese

I have had two brilliant leather cases from Macaroon in the past, great quality and long lasting. However just reordered a new iphone 17 case, and the company seems to be completely different. Case never arrived, but that could be also down to Evri being the worst delivery company in our local area. I tried to contact Macarooon via their customer service website but the email bounced back, saying unknown server. There are clearly known issues with the company now, I thankfully paid via PayPal and registered a dispute, and was immediately refunded with no questions asked by PayPal. Won't use again, but shame as the products i ordered a couple of years ago were great.

FRAUD: Took my money via ‘Shop’ and item has never arrived. Need to chase via bank as it’s a con. Apparently it’s cheap rubbish from China, shouldn’t be allowed to operate.
Wish I’d read the reviews before purchase.

I made an order and then needed to cancell it. My cancellation request was processed the same day and I will get a refund in up to 7 days which I think is fair. I would not have any doubt in placing the order with Macaroon due to this experience.

Another Chinese scam. High end prices, sent wrong item. No communication and impossible to get refund. Avoid at all costs

This company is a scam.
I ordered two 16 max pro IPhone case, one in stone with initials, one in pink. They sent IPhone 15 cases! They would not accept them back and provide me with the correct size phone cases. I would even have paid the return cost but they wanted $15 to stock each item, for their fault!!! I am still so angry that I didn’t look at the reviews first, a waste of my hard earned money. They are Chinese, I won’t get caught again.

Mediocre product at premium price. I bought th wallet cover that attached by magnet to a phone case, and body strap.. The magnet is weak and the wallet cover comes off too easily. I stopped using that part with 2 weeks. The wallet does not have magnetic closure, so flaps open all the time, the case looks terrible after using for just 5 months, badly worn etc. The body starp is ok but not worth the price tag. Won't buy again!! Very poor.

Terrible experience and scam company.

I ordered the leather case for my iPhone 16 Pro Max on the 25th of May, and in literally 4 days, I received my parcel in the UK!
It came from China, but the delivery was so, so quick by Evri.

I honestly don't understand the bad reviews because the case is so beautiful, so classy, so wonderfully made and it fits all the buttons and cut outs perfectly!

It is also made of 100% genuine leather (I did the smell test).

I'm not one to leave reviews because I am naturally very critical and I have OCD (so you can imagine how I notice even the tiniest flaw in everything), but this is actually and genuinely perfect!

I want to order one more in a different colour.

I do not understand the negative reviews for this company, and I’m so pleased that I decided to take a chance and ignore them.

The items are of VERY high quality, and the case was beautifully presented. It had a stylish tag on the box, and the item was lovingly wrapped in lovely tissue.

A truly excellent leather case for my new IPhone 16 Plus. Beautiful blue colour. Also purchased the HD screen cover to protect the phone screen.

Really easy to apply thanks to the very clever applicator that the screen protector comes in.

There are not many stylish cases available for the IPhone 16 plus, and that’s why I decided to take the plunge and order this case. It was sooo much better looking than anything else that was available on the market.

Not cheap, but let’s be honest, you get what you pay for.

I cannot fault the products or the service that was provided. VERY impressed!!!

I will definitely purchase from this company again, so please don’t listen to the negative feedback.

To be honest, I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to write a review for these products. I have bought multiple products (I am in the UK) and I LOVE them! I genuinely don’t understand the negative reviews, the quality is very good and looks stunning. I am exceptionally pedantic about detail and I think these products are amazing. The shipping is also super quick. I haven’t dealt with Customer Service but everything else has been great! Will buy again!

I saw advertisements for this iPhone case company, Macarooon, as I was searching for a MagSafe compatible case for my spouse. I really liked the styles, colors, and the personalization options (for names or initials). I placed an order, that was larger than I expected (they have a shrewd marketing technique where they give you up to 10, 25, or 35% off if you hit a certain threshold, but the thresholds for each are just a little bit more.). Anyway, I still feel that I got a good value. I ordered 2 cases for an iPhone 16 and iPhone 12. I ordered a matching AirPods Pro case. The iPhone 12 wallet cover fit the iPhone 16 too!

Anyway, after I placed the order and saw that it had been an overseas charge, I then looked at reviews (facepalm) and was a little worried about the issues people had with delayed shipping. I was even more nervous when I got shipping tracking through “4PX” shipper based overseas. I was just unfamiliar with it. Suffice it to say, I got a tracking number and saw it make its way State-side and eventually to USPS. It was delivered maybe in less than 1.5 weeks.

The best surprise is how well packed and giftable the items arrived in. Each item was separately wrapped in a textured black gift box with matching tissue paper. It’s these small details that delight a customer. It looks like Macarooon is going for a higher class of service and customer. If only they didn’t have 3 “o’s” in their name, which is kind of like a second choice social media handle! I guess Macaroon was taken already.

The products are junk. The phone fit like 99% but presses the side buttons on the phone because it’s not a perfect fit. That renders it useless i tried to start a return. They charge an outrageous restocking fee and make you ship it to China at your own expense rendering a return to be more expensive than the original cost. It’s unfortunately a scam because you end up having to keep the bad product. Don’t buy anything.
