We were having photos of our beloved little dog. He was extremely nervous and I was beginning to doubt if we'd ever succeed. The photographer was extremely patient even taking us outside for outdoor shots. The results were truly amazing and I'd definitely reccomend.

The photographer put us at ease from the start making it a really enjoyable family experience. The viewing of the photos was equally enjoyable. Such a lovely memory that we will treasure.

Great understanding staff with myself and my dog. She was a bit worried in the studio, Beth suggested we took her outside. We got some beautiful quality photographs.

We had the most magical experience at Pop Studios for a fairy-themed photoshoot for my two young daughters. The whole experience was fun, relaxed and so well done, and the photos are absolutely beautiful. We’ll treasure them forever. Thank you so much to the team at Pop Studios for creating such special memories for us! ✨🧚‍♀️

We’ve just been to view our beautiful cat’s photos. Zoe our photographer did an amazing job. The whole experience has been lovely. The viewing with Debs was wonderful we got to see all photos taken, then chose which ones we liked best. Out of those were chose 3 to keep. No hard sell no trying to make us buy more. The decision was totally ours. Can’t wait to pick them up.

We first visited Mackney in August 2022 for a family photoshoot with our daughter. We revisited in May 2024 with our second daughter, and most recently in March 2026 with our son. We took our Cocker Spaniel too.

Each time we’ve had a fantastic experience. The staff are friendly and professional. They spent a lot of time and care getting the pictures we wanted. The viewing sessions were great too, with no pressure or rush to choose.

Each time we have ordered a frame and the quality is amazing. Talented and high quality photography studios like this aren’t cheap, but it’s worth every penny. We now have all 3 frames lined up on our living room wall and we’re so pleased with them!

I highly recommend Mackney and we’ll most likely be back one day!!!

Absolutely loved our experience! We won a competition on Facebook and from booking in to receiving our products the staff were so attentive and organised! Now I cannot wait to enjoy these beautiful memories on my walls at home! Thankyou Mackney photography!

We attended a family photoshoot that I had wanted for a while, the teenage children weren't impressed!! Our experience as soon as we got there was very relaxed and welcoming, Zoë and Beth put everyone at ease with a smile and coffee. We had a fun filled hour and the photos showed that at the viewing. Debs was great at going through the pictures and helped massively reduce down the images to fit our budget.

This is our 2nd family photoshoot (1st one was years ago at a different studio) I felt the prices were very similar but would say I felt Mackney was much more professional and welcoming.

We won a competition for a pet photo shoot, despite our dog being an awkward client to get to pose the photographer and person assisting on the shoot persevered very professionally and came out with some great photos we’ll appreciate forever.

We really didn’t know what to expect considering it was our daughters first photo shoot, but we had an amazing time watching our daughter have her photos with the lovely staff she really did enjoy herself, Thankyou so much to all the staff at mackney x

Entered a competition for a baby of the year which was lovely when I found out I won it was lovely to be asked but then on the day I started to get doubts I thought maybe I would have to pay extra for the prints which I was willing to pay but the prints only come with a package which the cheapest is £500 which for a woman who is on maternity leave is not affordable I have spoken to the lady and she said there work is worth £500 which I completely understandable but I suggested maybe with the competition do a maternity print package for the ladies who enter just to help only a few digital prints of your baby the lady did disagree and I don’t think anything will change but I just wanted to let people know I have said that the £35 booking fee should be paid forward to the next family with a baby as I won’t be getting it refunded which is fine just be aware when entering competitions you will be paying extra a lot extra for any images.

Amazing women, would a 100% recommend and return with second baby. They were very patient with our baby girl to get the perfect images. Couldn’t thank them enough!

Our photoshoot was wonderful. They made managing two children and a bouncy dog easy. Our toddler loved it and they worked magic with our new born.
