I am more than delighted to confirm that the customer service I received was outstanding. Due to my own fault I ordered the wrong replacement part. Mac Replacement were very helpful and efficient in sending me the correct part. Thank you. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Mac Replacement to any new customer.

A bit pricey, but more than worth it for the Youtube instructions. Unfortunately I didn't get both items I ordered because the package was torn apart. But you can blame Royal Mail for that.

One of the keys on my brand new Mac broke, so was trying to fix it ASAP. I went on the website and although they didn't have a listing for my model, I messaged them and literally got a response within 10 minutes on a Sunday night (!) with what product to buy. It arrived within a couple of days and fit perfectly. Really amazing customer service and perfect product.
The ONLY thing I'd say that would be able to further the experience would be if they included some instructions or a QR code link to a video on how to replace the keys safely as its a bit fiddly.

Watching the videops and understanding what needs doing, also the personal touch when reaching out was very helpful. Very professional service and helpful to boot.

Initially I had an issue with delivery , however once I got in touch , it was resolved within 24hr literally. Very happy with the service and great help with fixing a dodgy delete key on my mac. Havent fitted it yet but sure it will work. 5 stars out of 5 for quick response and issue resolved. Key looks fine and identical to the broken one. All good.

Good communications throughout and prompt dispatch and delivery. Sadly I got the wrong scissor clip but I think that was my fault, not realising that there were two types. Would use again.

Received the product I ordered in the time that was estimated. What really stood out for me though was the customer service. I had some questions after receiving my order because I lost a part trying to fix the key. They assisted me in figuring out what was missing, and even sent me the missing part. Can wholeheartedly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Prompt delivery. Watch the videos before removing keys and before installing any new ones that may be required. Are they expensive? Well, it's a lot cheaper than buying a new MacBook now that Apple is no longer has a repair programme for its notoriously awful butterfly keys.

The part was suitable for my mac and the delivery was fast.

The replacement laptop power key I ordered did not fit my model though I quoted the model number. The company followed up with brilliant customer service and sent me the right item by return of post. Top notch service

I want to update my review. The product did not arrive, and for this reason, I expressed my disappointment. However, I must say that the guyys has been truly professional and kind. Despite it not being their responsibility but rather that of the postal service, they have resent the product to me free of charge. Thank you very much.
