Fantastic service, highly recommend. Apple quoted me £1,700 to fix severe water damage on my MacBook Pro. The Apple Guy communicated clearly, didn't make false promises, and managed to fully refurbish my MacBook in just four days for a fraction of the price. Very happy!

The service I received from The Apple Guy was fantastic in every respect. Mark (The Apple Guy) was knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and extremely reasonable in terms of cost. Above all though, he did an excellent job of repairing my MacBook which had suffered liquid damage. I would recommend anyone with an apple pc that needs attention to take it to Mark at The Apple Guy.

Mark's web site has his necessary disclaimers re: the potential losing of 'stuff' from devices.. It does of course have to be there... But, I get the strong impression that Mark would rather run a marathon across the desert before he would lose anyone's 'stuff'.
Mark did not lose my 'stuff'. He was also just brilliant in very clearly laying out what my options are. I, now, would not even consider leaving my device(s) with anyone else..

Mark was incredibly helpful and direct, which I appreciated very much. He showed me where he thinks the issue might be with my device and explained what the repair process would be like. My device was perfectly functioning within a few days, I can’t thank him enough. Excellent service for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Very quick and reasonably priced repair on an older MacBook pro on a tricky repair that required disassembly and soldering of an unavailable part. Couldn't be happier :)

Above and beyond my expectations. I was initially told my MacBook was unfixable after some water damage and then I was recommended Marc. He was very realistic about the outcome and possibilities but in just a few days I had my MacBook back and working!

Mark has helped us several times over the years. If an emergency, he is straight on it, and for less stressful help he is, as in the title, very knowledgeable and very helpful. He also charges a most resonable rate. He is our go-to computer officer!
