I have been eating the meals for a little over three weeks and have lost 9 lbs. The food is delicious and the delivery makes eating right easy! When I had a question, customer support was fast and very helpful. I am very pleased with my decision to check out Macro Mediterranean!

I am a Cajun who suddenly feels the urge and call to be healthy. I honestly expected my first week, or 3 or 4, to be miserable - no processed, chemical laden, meat, sugar filled junk that my system is used to having. I also didn't expect to enjoy the taste of the food. I thought it would take a while to get used to the change.

Although my system is indeed going through changes, it has been a pleasant surprise to find that it has far exceeded my grim expectations. I think what makes it easier is that I actually like the food. My body loves it. Who knew that you are supposed to feel good after a meal? I do now. It has only been a few weeks.

Also, one week the box arrived late due to being damaged in transit and storms. They got on it, were always courteous and handled it. Unfortunately, the courier couldn't move it faster and it had to be thrown away. They said do not take chances and set me up to receive another without hesitation. Mistakes happen - how a business handles it says a great deal about them. I was very impressed with their attitude and prompt action.

So far I have been eating the meals and they are all very tasty and fresh . I feel so much better and have lost 10 lbs in the last 3 weeks. The shipments some in very cold with ice still in them with no damage to any containers . I would highly recommend them to anyone

I live in the Midwest, and was searching for meal delivery for my dear friend who was in MA for her father's funeral. Several months ago when she returned for her mother's funeral, the big Italian family had so much food full of gluten and dairy, the things my friend tries to avoid to feel good. I needed a one-time delivery so she could have healthy meals in the fridge and freezer. Maco-Mediterranean helped me within the timeframe I needed, and my friend was over the moon happy with the yummy meals! Her large family definitely knows about this service now, and she said they are all trying to eat cleaner! THANK YOU!!

My entire family has enjoyed the meals. We also don't miss the meat in our meals.

The order came on time and was very tasty. The portions were on the small side for my taste, however, they were surprisingly filling.

Sarah was so very helpful, every single dish is amazing and flavorful, low sodium, and filling. Their packaging is recyclable or reusable. It's also the most affordable, customizable meal delivery service (ready-made) that I've been able to find, WITH a wide shipping radius!!!

The food was nothing to write home about. The portions could be a bit bigger. Flavor wasnt anything exciting

It was very easy to order from Macro Mediterranean online, I was notified of the shipping date after the staff confirmed and clarified my online order .
Food was clearly labeled with name of the food and heating instructions.
All the entrees I ordered were deliscious and I had no digestive issues, which I frequently experience after eating certain foods.
I also ordered the chocolate chip walkmeal and carrot cake and they were a delightful and delicious addition to the entrees .

I love this diet, but unfortunately at this time I cannot afford it..... but hopefully in the future I will be able to start it up again 👍🏽

One day I googled prepared meal delivery out of laziness and came across Macro Mediterranean. I never tried vegetarian, never mind vegan, but figured it was worth a try. The food is awesome, I've ordered multiple times.

I have seen a real difference in myself within a Month of trying Macro Mediterranean . I enjoy the food and the delivery mechanism they have in place right now .

We needed more variety in our foods and could not afford a personal chef. We found something better in Macro Med. We ordered the 12 meals and every single one of them was delicious. They were cooked to perfection. They are not too salty which is important for us. Salt can be added, but not taken out. We can afford these foods. The price for the quality is outstanding. We finally found a piecing piece in our heath puzzle....healthy food with variety that we would not be capable of that tastes amazing.
I would give them 10 STARs if they had them.

The entrees reminded me of when I first went vegetarian in the early 80's. Lots of rice and other grains and beans. Some were quite tasty. However, my digestive tract needs to avoid beans to be calm so these meals did not work for me.

We just finished our first order and couldn't be happier! Every item we ordered was top notch. We'll definitely be ordering again and can't wait to try some of the other dishes.
