delicious fresh and super convenient
pretty wide range of meals, def something for everyone. i like exploring the menu finding new favourites.
some of them are better than takeaway places near me!
they always arrive fresh well packed in a chilled box. storage in fridge is suggested but i find most meals also reheat great from frozen.

Extremely happy customer!
I love the convenience, portion control and variety of Macro meals. Ordering is easy and delivery is reliable. If I am away, its easy to skip a week. Email reminders to change my meal order before the cut off time are very useful.
The food is tasty and I never get bored as the menu is large and there are always new meals to try. I have even frozen some of the meals successfully.
Macro meals saves me time and money on food shopping, meal preparation, cooking & dishes, no wasted food in the fridge to throw out and costs less than buying work lunches in the city each day.

Food ok, tech and service very poor
Tried these the previous week and quite liked it, but next order I was being sent was nothing like the pervious meals I ordered, not a single meal rolled over from the previous menu. Used chat on their site and said dont send as theyd go in the bin (would never have picked these meals). Customer Service could do nothing for me although they would try and cancel the courier. Asked to cancel the subscription, which they did. Didn't even try and save me as a customer!! Oh well back to My Muscle Chef, wiser but also $80 out of pocket

Best Decision I have made!
So far Macros has been amazing. The meals are fresh and made with fresh ingredients compared to other pre-made meal services I have tried.
What I love about Macros, it is has more choices especially with the vegetarian options and I love the fitness plan options, many other services the meals are not enough for myself and I find the performance plan great with my active lifestyle.
I chose Macros as it takes out the time and energy of meal prepping which for me is very time consuming and draining plus it costs the same as my weekly shop. The meals have been plentiful and so far I have enjoyed the majority of them.
I like that you can switch meals, give feedback and new meals are added in over time.

Really good!
Delivery was on-time and the food was so good! I was genuinely surprised at how tasty it was. It makes my life so much easier to have food ready to go. It’s pretty affordable too imo.

TERRIBLY SPICY Meals Yuck
To start with for me AND my daughter we thought these are terrible meals every one out of 10 meals were rediculously spicy even meals that shouldn't be YUCK! And then before I even got to taste them on the Monday when they arrived they took out a second payment for THE SAME 10 meals so I'm STUCK with the same spicy YUCK. that's dishonest. I am not happy worst experience ever 😒

Hi Deborah, we’re so sorry we disappointed you! We work very hard to make food that people enjoy and will order again and again. We use fresh wholefood ingredients which get cooked the same day they arrive from the farm. But one ingredient we watch is sodium. We’re very careful with salt, which is not to everyone’s taste, but is why so many of our meals get a 4 star health rating. And despite not loading up on salt, when we’ve done blind taste tests our meals have come out on top.
We serve 1,000s of people every week. Many of them are long standing customers who have ordered hundreds of our meals, so we know that we mostly get it right. Still, it is very upsetting to hear we missed the mark with your order.
As for being charged for a second order before receiving your first, this is an issue faced by some customers in some regions. We’re a meal subscription service and for some subscribers (not all) the time between the billing date for their second order and the delivery of their first is more than 7 days. Understandably, some new customers who haven’t tried us before hate this. Right now there is no easy solution, so we explain when you join that this may happen and that customers can pause or skip in their dashboard before their order cutoff day.

The food is fresh and tasty
What really impresses me about macros is the affodability of meals, the variety and the ease in which I can order online. I am really loving the meals so far, they are fresh, the meats are tender and not chewy, the pasta is al dente and the rice is cooked to perfection. This is a meal I look forward to eating everytime. I hope I can stick to this and achieve my goals with the plans they offer.
