MACROS make food easy. You don't have to worry about making sure you're measuring the exact ingredients. It makes meal time simple.
They also taste amazing! I can never find a good vegetarian premade meal, but I've finally found a good one!

The food is definitely the best out of the pre-prepared meal category. Tastes fresh, certainly not frozen and use very good quality ingredients. Very handy to keep in the fridge in those weeks that are busy!

One of the only ready made meals that I actually enjoy eating! Meals are tasty and healthy, with wholesome ingredients, and well priced. Customer service is good too.

Decent food, however they have terrible/non existent customer service. Feels like you’re dealing with a bot that takes forever to respond with useless information. Impossible to amend or change delivery dates or information once the deadline has been reached - even if you give them 7 days notice… I was called away on a last minute work trip which meant I wasn’t going to be home to accept the delivery (in 7 days time). They weren’t even willing to delay it until the following day, so all the food sat on the street and was wasted. Much better experience dealing with other food delivery companies, who appear to have legit customer support teams and are willing to assist their customers when they can.

Great if you need to fit in extra meals per week. good, healthy and tasty meals as well. Would recommend!

People I advise against ordering from MACROS, the delivery drivers don’t follow instruction. The instruction was to buzz our unit and if their was no response to call the phone number specified. They didn’t buzz or call and there was someone home. They left my $200.00 worth of food on the street where it was stolen from. I then spent an afternoon trying to get in contact with them through email (to which it has been over 24 hours with no response) then on hold on 2 chats for over an hour and finally got a response on one of them. They talked about sending a bung to the partnered delivery company so the driver would be reprimanded. I had to ask for a refund because there was no mention of finacial reimbursement. They said it would be escalated to the senior team. It has now been 24 hours with no communication as to my refund and again no responses on chat or from email. The company has no customer service number to call and also said thier delivery drivers are not required to call you when it is requested in the delivery instructions. Terrible company to deal with if it doesn’t go to plan. They obviously don’t value customers, they just take your money and don’t care. I have now been on hold with their chat line again for an hour and 20 mins with no response from a customer service rep. Don’t order from MACROS.

The meals are great with heaps of variety. The site is user friendly. However, for numerous times the drivers are not following shipping instructions and the delivery boxes may be subjected to damage or theft.

Food is good but the dealing with customer service is ridiculous and unsatisfactory. I dealt with someone that is incompetent of their job. It almost felt like I was dealing with a automated response for their emails
I missed the dead line to change my meals by only 1 minute and they are refusing to change my meals…

The meals are nutritious and tasty. It feels like home made. I am still trying to pick my favourites.

Macros delivers exactly what is promised - the meals are fresh, delicious and meet my dietary requirements.
The service is very convenient and I find it affordable.
I have already lost weight using this meal service alone, I have a chronic condition that restricts my ability to exercise, so I am happy with my results using the Macros company.
