The quality and taste of each meal I purchased was divine.
The portion is enough to keep you full for 4-5hrs.
Will recommend to anyone who is hesitant in trying.

First meal I opened up had 2 hairs mixed in. The other meals received were fine and were quite tasty.

My complaint is that I reached out to customer service twice (and still trying) to come to a solution.

I know these things can happen, but customer service is supposed to help. Not ignore a serious issue.

I love my Macro Meals - very tasty and I feel fulfilled which is exactly what I need!

Ordering is easy, the options are numerous, the delivery process is no fuss and the food is delicious; Macros make quick and healthy food easy and fun.

Macros website is super easy to navigate. Love the flexibility of pausing my subscription as needed. These aren’t typical meal prep meals, they are so delicious and have so much variety.

I was really enjoying their subscription and meals. However, I recently moved to a different suburb and it all changed. 2 of my orders were not delivered, after which I canceled the subscription. They still haven't provided a reason, even though I have asked multiple times. On top of that, it's going to be almost a month and I still haven't received my money back. I am having to email them every week just to hear back that they are expediting the matter with their "senior team". This has turned into a really terrible and pathetic experience.

I am very happy to have found Macros. Firstly their website and user experience is very enjoyable. Clear information and photographs of the meals, and numerous meal plans including the quantity. Provide a broad variety of meals, with new ones regularly added. The company strives for improvement. A couple of instances some issues with the delivery, hence four stars only.

Delivery is consistent and on time. Food is great, might take a couple of weeks to find the meals you most enjoy. Regular new additions to the menu are nice. Another good feature is to skip weeks or change number of meals per week, weekly. This flexibility is appreciated and does not make you feel committed or locked in to any contracts.

I have only had my first delivery so far but every single meal was so beautiful and tasty! Not going to cancel this anytime soon that’s for sure

Meals are so tasty and the range of meal choices are great compared to other companies. Deliveries are easy and all GPS trackable. Great company!

Meals are great, the best I've tried so far

The meals are surprisingly good, not over salted, and taste like home cooked meals. It’s a great option for our family with one gym junky son and another who is severely ADHD affected and very underweight because of his terrible self care. I’m a single parent and after making all the meals for a diverse family for 20 years I stopped having the will power to cook. This has been a godsend. I’d like to see more gluten free dairy free vego options for me but overall it seems great for the boys.

I have ordered for 4 weeks already and I have a very good experience. Meals are very balanced and good tasty. Delivery is always on time.

I am loving the convenience, the 10 meal deal gives my husband and I lunch every week day. The sizing I thought were small to start with, but as my stomach has adjusted to the meal sizes I am full till dinner and not over eating. I have tried all meals and have enjoyed everyone, the fettuccini with garlic and chilli prawns is a favourite

I absolutely love Macros meals, the site is easy to navigate when changing my meal selections and I can easily skip a week if needed. I look forward to each delivery knowing I’m getting heathy meals full of flavour.

Good variety, very convenient, appreciate the nutritional details on label.

Suggestion for more vegetarian options. Also suggestion for cashews to not be used in cheesy dishes, as I have an allergy.

Also if chicken can be more consistent, sometimes good, sometimes bad and dry.

There isn't a single meal from Macros that I have disliked. I have opted for the weight loss meals and portion size is perfect.

I had reached out with a minor issue with one of my deliveries and I received a response straight away. Also they were able to address my issue with no problems at all.

Along with the delicious food the customer service is top notch!
