I had the best customer service help from Madame Bridal. Marji and Simon are amazing. They assured me that they had the dress and said when I would receive it. It all came true. They have earned my business for sure!

Love my mother of the groom dress. Madame Bridal was easy to communicate with during the ordering process. The dress was cheaper than other sites as well.

I have not received my package. I have not even received a working tracking number.

Your site needs to be clear on Returns and Exchanges. Your site offers exchanges, it’s clearly stated. Then after the purchase is made you refuse all exchanges and returns. You’ve scammed me out of $999.00. I have a dress I want to return to your store. The dress is not as described in your text message to me. I said I needed a light weight dress as I did not want a warm heavy dress. The dress is heavy and warm. No where on your site does it state “We do not accept Returns in any form.” I’ve learned from a little research I’m not the only customer you’ve done this too. Seems many customers have been duped out of their money. Unfortunately I learned the hard way. I run a small business and would never do this to my customers. In my business we always allow returns and have kept our reputation and our customers for over 3 decades.

Ordered the dress and received in 3 days. Easy and I love the dress. The selections are amazing!

it was so beautiful for prom. got so many compliments and the company is so communicative making you feel 100% comfortable in your purchase.

Searched high and low for the dress my daughter wanted for her sweet 16. Was finally able to find it in her size and in stock at Madame. I was worried about shipping times however they went above and beyond with their efficiency of the whole process. Received in under a week across the country and in pristine condition.

My experience was fine until after I received the dress, I took my measurments before I ordered the dress & ordered accordingly, but the dress was much smaller than my measurements & when I sent messages no one ever replied & I was only given 3 days for return or exchange, so now I am stuck with a $1200 dress that I can't wear!!!

I received my product in less than a week of placing my order and it looks EXACTLY how I expected. I was hesitant to make such a big purchase online, but so glad I found a TikTok review of this store that helped me to make a decision.

What a great experience. Simon helped me order a gown on-line and it was delivered very quickly to my home. The dress was beautiful but it was not flattering for my figure. I was able to send it back and will put the credit towards something else… they carry a variety of designers and are so helpful. Excellent customer service.

Madame Bridal is wonderful! I wanted a Mother of the Groom dress and could not find a bridal store who could get it for me in time. Madame Bridal was able to order it for me and have it mailed directly to me in time for the wedding! I recommend you deal with this bridal store!

Where do I begin!! Madam Bridal saved my day without a doubt!! I’m so happy and grateful to share my story. I needed a dress for my daughter’s wedding and had already purchased a dress from a bridal studio in Illinois. They told me they couldn’t get the dress I really wanted in the color or size I needed. I was extremely disappointed. They ended up ordering another dress that I had picked as my second choice and was 4 times my size because they said they wouldn’t get any dress in time for the wedding so they had to upsize. Of course I paid an additional cost meaning $950 not including alterations. The dress came in and I couldn’t even put my arms down or the dress would fall to the ground. I left the store and had alternations done at a seamstress close to my home. Another $500 for alterations but she did a fabulous job. She had to remake the dress and ended up calling the manufacturer for advice. They told her they should have NEVER sold a dress to me that large and if they had called them they would have got that dress in my size with the sleeve I wanted. Total nightmare!! In the mean time I had the number and manufacturer of the dress I really wanted, it’s my daughter’s wedding so it was so very important. I randomly found a dress shop on line, Madam Bridal who I texted in the evening and talked with a Simone. They told me they could get the dress I really wanted in the size and color I needed. I was so happy to hear this! The following day I called Madam Bridal and talked with Simone. He told me he could get me the dress I loved in the color and size. I ordered the dress I loved in the color and size I needed. I was so excited but skeptical because I took a chance ordering another expensive dress online and hoping it would work out. I received the dress in a few weeks and it was so beautiful!! I was afraid to try it on in fear it wouldn’t fit. I finally tried it on the Saturday the week before my daughter’s wedding. I was shocked and ecstatic that it fit like a glove, just like Simone said it would. I was so happy and excited, the dress I loved for my only daughter’s wedding fit and looked fabulous!! I only needed a hem done which my seamstress was more than happy to do despite the fact she just remade the first dress. I wore that dress a week later to my daughter’s wedding and it looked gorgeous!! I can’t thank Simone and Madam Bridal enough for their reassurance and helping me make that decision and reassured me everything would be fine and workout. I cannot say enough about Madame Bridal and how they made not just my day but my daughter’s day too!! That was the dress she really wanted me to wear and thanks to Simone and Madam Bridal it all fell into place and worked out beautifully!! Thank you Simone and thank you Madame Bridal!! Thank you Albert for sending me a thank your letter which you didn’t have to do. I cannot thank you enough for making our day complete!! You are truly amazing!! Please, Please use Madame Bridal they are amazing even if you order from them online from across the country.

Madame bridal took an order for me over the phone for a dress my daughter had found somewhere else in the wrong size for $100 more. They were amazing. They said the dress would be delivered to our door in two weeks. It arrived in a week and a half fit perfectly and looked beautiful. Thank you for keeping your word and for providing a beautiful dress for my daughter for prom!
