I want to thank the employees, as well as the owner for helping me resolve this issue. I have received feedback regarding how to do exchange and I have been able to ship the package back for another side. Everyone has worked diligently to help make this experience a positive one and I am looking forward to ordering another dress from this company! Wonderful customer service and support!

I was looking for a prom dress and had one in mind. I was strolling through Tik Tok and found Ladivine C871. I wanted that dress. Over the course of time, I was debating if I wanted to buy it from Madame Bridal (where the person from tik tok bought it from) or somewhere. I saw good reviews on it. I purchased the item on April 28th and receive it on April 30th. I paid for ground shipping (about 10 days to receive). When I placed the order, I got an email from one of the owners Adam saying thank you for being a first time buy and hoped I enjoyed the dress. When I received the dress, I was stunned on how beautiful and quick it came in. I had a pleasure of receiving it and can’t wait to wear it to prom!!! Also thank you adam for emailing me making sure I loved the dres.

I called regarding a dress & didn't leave a message. The owner called back asking if I was looking for something in particular. I told him about the dress. He said he has one on order and will ship it for free as soon as it comes in. Its here and absolutely beautiful!

Shopping at Madame Bridal was such a great experience. They have an incredible selection of dresses for all styles. My appointment felt really personal, and the service was professional, helpful, and super friendly. The owner was so patient with me while I tried on a ton of different prom dresses. She made the whole process fun and stress-free by helping me focus on finding the one I truly loved. I would definitely recommend Madame Bridal to anyone looking for their perfect dress!

Madame Bridal has quite a dress collection for various ages to choose from. Our appointment was a private showing and we were met with excellent, professional, knowledgable and friendly service. The owner was extremely patient with my daughter who tried on over 10 prom dresses. She made the experience pleasant, easy, and exciting by encouraging her to find the dress she would truly love! Highly recommended!

Extremely difficult exchange process. Lack of communication and support throughout process.

Was told my dress would be here at the end of may and got here earlier than expected very good service i recommend ordering a month ahead.

Texted the number on the site and got help with the sizing & questions I had regarding a pageant dress that I had questions about. All of my questions were answered , they were very helpful. I have never ordered a dress at this price online so I was so skeptical on what I was ordering. I Live in Texas so I wanted to be sure I was able to get the correct size and details. Ordered the dress and it fit perfect!! Dress was very well packaged and looks even more beautiful then the pictures.

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is ABYSMAL. They don’t answer phone, when they do they say to send email. Takes days for email to be answered. They supposedly have a live chat which is not answered. Worst experience. They send you a thank you email after your purchase saying what great customer service they have. It’s a complete farce.

The dress came on time and was perfect quality. Definitely authentic. The dress was also packaged very well.

I would highly recommend. I also love that is is a family owned establishment! Wish there were more store like this👍

The worst experience! Ordered a dress in my size, received the dress but it was swimming on me! They wouldn’t exchange refund ! They were rude and I tried to cancel Amex but they told Amex I never reached out to them to exchange ! They told me no exchanges or refund! I gave the dress away !

The dress my daughter wanted was sold out everywhere and Brad had it and has been a blessing! I have a happy girl excited to go to Prom with her dream dress because of him so Thank you again! I will be shopping for future prom gowns with him and letting my friends know as well.

Ordered a Jovani dress from them that was sold out in my size EVERYWHERE, including jovani!! Shipping was said to take 5-10 business days, they had it to me in like 3.

Buying my dress on-line sight unseen and not knowing if the dress would fit I was very nervous. I Talked to the owner about my concerns. Simon told me that if there were any problems after the dress arrived to let him know and he would work with me. The dress arrived promptly and it was perfect. The size was true to their size chart, the color of the dress was accurate to their photos! I am very pleased with the dress.

I was in search of a specific dress and Madame Bridal had it. The owner was super nice, helpful and accommodating on the phone. Shipping was also super quick & free! (Just wish they were local to me as I’d probably go there for all my girls’ dresses! But I’m in RI) But either way, I highly recommend! Thank you!

I would give this business 0 stars if that were an option. They reached out to me to rate their business after completely ignoring my multiple emails, calls, and texts.

Do not believe the fake reviews on their website. This business is not trustworthy and is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. The dress I received was damaged and really poor quality. They never responded to any of my texts, calls, or emails. They do not give refunds and don’t respond to your calls in order to work out an exchange.

Please do not buy a dress from this store! If it doesn’t fit, you will be screwed and forfeit all your hard-earned money. Find your dress on a reputable site that offers open communication and free refunds and exchanges. Don’t let your special occasion be ruined by this company that deals in fraudulent and unethical practices!

Dress arrived quickly and well packaged. I had to have it hemmed a bit and it was perfect. I felt elegant and beautiful. I will definitely keep MB in mind for my future evening gown needs.

The owner was incredibly supportive of my needs and even expedited the shipping to make sure the dress arrived on time—and it did! He went above and beyond by sending me a birthday text on the day, which was such a thoughtful touch. The dress is currently being altered and will be ready just in time for my party this Saturday!

Very prompt shipping. Item dress color not quite same pink shade as in pic, more of a lavender color, but is still beautiful. There is a Snag on front of dress, loose threads.
