Excellent company. Ordered an oil burner. It was expensive but definitely worth it as it is excellent quality. Didn’t pay extra for delivery but it was delivered the next day.

Not able to reach customer service
I purchased a ceramic diffused called Oska a couple of years ago and for about a year everything was ok. About one year ago however the cable s plug broke in the socket and I haven t been able to use the device since because I can t find a replacement cable for it. Still trying and got the wrong cable again today. For for a £70 device that really sucks. Moreover, there is no way to contact customer service. Their website doesn t provide a phone nr or email address, the contact form doesn t work. Really disappointed.

A warm glow and beautiful scent
The Fern diffuser from MadebyZen adds such a calming influence to my home. I enjoy both the warm glow and beautiful scent. I'd highly recommend the Wellbeing Essentials gift set too! I might buy another for the office!

Worst customer service
We love the look of Made by Zen diffusers and have two for our business. Sadly, one of them has become faulty & ineffective and stopped misting as it should. We’ve sent multiple videos to hear office but they are arguing that as there is a slight mist, it’s not faulty - even though it’s clearly not working. Absolutely horrendous customer service - I would not recommend.

Great product
Great product. Received Jasper Ultrasonic Aroma Diffuser as a gift. Love the design with glass cover and light. Easy to use. Lucky to also receive fragrance oils, loving lily atm. Would and have recommended these products.

I bought a Gem diffuser for my wife and she is so happy with the gift. It’s not just helped me transforming my house in a zen place but also added a touch of design as well.
