Absolute scam, lowest of the low. They took my money, repeatedly told me there was a delivery issue when I asked why it was taking so long, now the email address doesn’t work. No way of claiming my money back. Disgusting people.

Massive scam company. Take them to court that's what I'm doing. Total waste of space company and thieves!!! DO NOT buy from this so called company. If something is in transit that long it's from another universe....

Wish I read reviews before purchasing, a total scam!!! Would give minus stars if I could. Ordered on the 25th September and still not arrived. Said it’s in transit and they cannot do anything while it’s making my way to me and now they’re not replying to my emails- shocking!

Awful. Still waiting for an item ordered 2 months ago. Customer service insisting it is still in transit, without showing any proof. Stay well clear if you actually want to get what you ordered

This company is a scam, do not buy from them as u won’t receive anything. Should not even get one star

Complete scam. I purchased a product 3 months ago and have not received it. I will not receive it, because this company is fraudulent. They create a fake "package tracker" but there never actually is a package to be shipped.

Email communications are misdirections with no resolution. I had to go to my bank to report fraudulent activity on my card because of this.

Do NOT buy from this company. Still no product (ordered 3 months ago). Requests / demand for a refund is being met with ridiculous emails stating it’s out of their control. This company is simply fraudulent and should no longer be allowed to operate.

Ordered product in October, still not received. Fed up chasing it so have received a refund via my credit card company. This company is a disgrace. Never buying anything again without checking reviews in Trustpilot.

Hasn’t arrived after two months. Ordered my product on 19th October. I have written to the company several times. They keep telling me that it is still in transit, but can never give me a date by which to expect delivery. Exceedingly poor.

Scam website. They take your money for your order and tell you it is “in transit”. You will never receive the order and they won’t refund it because they say you can only refund it when you return it which you obviously can’t do because you never received it! When I say “they” I mean the AI generated response. Avoid completely. Total scam.

I am being fobbed off constantly saying that the item is in transit……it’s been 79 days in transit! Cres keeps emailing saying it’s being dealt with. She is clearly just being paid to send blankets emails on a daily basis, no doubt to hundreds of people complaining and not doing anything about it. I was told that when the product arrives I can send it back and have a full refund. What a joke, I can see that I’m never going to receive the product or a refund. Total scam. Do not order from them!!

100% scam
Placed an order unfortunately for 3 items on October 10th. Never received anything, contacted them 3 times but no luck getting what I ordered or my money back.

Please do not spend your hard eared money on anything from this company. I placed an order on the 4th October 2025 and here I am 2 months later, still waiting for the delivery OR a refund which I have asked for on numerous occasions......

Would give minus stars if I could. Absolute scam. Been waiting 42 days for this and being fobbed off every time I make contact with the company.

Placed an order on 22/10/25 wish I had read the reviews first! As other have said its now the 3/12/25 and no product has arrived........I have emailed the company and they get back to you to say goods are in transit and it will be 3-12 working days, the 12 working days have come and gone. I have requested a refund.....

If I could score lower I would do. As you can see from other reviews they have taken my money and no goods have arrived. I have now contacted my bank and trading standards I urge other customers to do the same.
