Ordered 13th September, still hasn’t arrived by 15th October. Have emailed several times and am told it’s with the courier. I’ve asked for a refund but this request has been ignored.
I have been told, ‘I completely understand your concern, and I want to reassure you that we’re here to help you with your order. There’s been a delay due to issues, this is something beyond our control. That said, please don’t worry your item is on its way.

At this point, the courier have confirmed the item is still in transit. We will continue to contact them and push for updates to help expedite your delivery.’

Each time I email I get the same response.

I’ve taken it up with my bank.

-5 stars….that’s minus 5! Absolute rubbish. Took forever to arrive (2mths) & that was only after I chased it up! Wanted it to cover up a couple of scratches on a sofa I was selling. Never arrived in time. When it did arrive I tried it on an old scratched leather footstool. Did absolutely nothing. I made a video too & wish I could show you! Do not waste your money! Downright scam….more fool me!

Ordered in Aug 2025, received nothing, being dobbed off, various times with order is in transit. Won't refund due to this, absolute thieves and scammers. Do not place and order with this company. Wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order !!!!!

Awful scammers. Told would arrive in a few days. Have been waiting 6 weeks being told it’s in transit and won’t refund. I have now reported the company and contacted my bank.

Like many others I am yet to receive my order. Email responses have been AI generated and have now stopped. Repeatedly asked for a refund which has been ignored. Wish I had read reviews.

It is a scam! No hint that this is a China based Company in the ads or ordering. It says its Canadian once you buy. Product never arrived. I kept requesting a refund and kept receiving generic "be patient" messages. The tracking numbers they sent either say on the dock in China or dont work. Since it never shipped, refunding shouldnt be an issue, but now they say once I get it, they will explain how to send it back for a refund. I used SHOP for this order and I am very disappointed in SHOP as well
Contacted the fraud dept of my bank to get refunded.

I wish I’d looked at reviews before buying. Still waiting over a month from ordering. Keep getting same responses to my emails. I’ve demanded a refund. Complete scam.

I would give this company no stars if I could. They are scammers, liars and thieves. They claim their product restores leather to its original colour and makes it look like new again. I ordered it on 15 August and it finally arrived today, 4 October. I emailed them numerous times and the tracking number wasn’t available at first. Then when it became available the package was still waiting to be picked up from them. It was in transit for 44 days yet still waiting to be picked up, how was that even possible? At first they replied to my emails, always with the same excuses and assurances that they would get in touch with the couriers and get back to me, that never happened. In the end they stopped replying to my emails. It finally arrived today. A small jar of furniture balm (not even for leather as they claimed) and a brush to apply it with, costing almost £30! It DOES NOT do what they claim. It puts a slight shine on the leather but that’s it. It does not cover blemishes or restore colour. It’s a complete take on. After all that I noticed that the return address is Cannock WS11 8LD so why it took so long to get here and was coming from China originally is confusing. I will never ever buy from them again and will never recommend them. In fact I’ll be advising everyone to keep their money. Waste of time, waste of money spent on a pack of wasters. The company stinks, the customer service stinks and the product stinks. Enough said, steer clear!

Very good at advertising. Absolutely terrible in following up their promises of delivery.. I ordered mine six weeks ago and I am still waiting. No response from customer care. Fuming !!!

Dreadful. Same experience as many others. Exactly the same words used in their responses as below. This is the 5th exact same reply.

“Thank you so much for your patience. We completely understand how important it is for you to receive your order. At the moment, we are still waiting for an update from the courier team and are closely following up with them.

Please rest assured that we are here to help you and are doing everything we can to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. Once we receive a response from the courier, we will urge them to prioritize your order and expedite the delivery”

Not even 1 star! Ordered on 20th August still waiting, after numerous e mails apparently it’s still in transit 😂 Tried asking for a refund……surprise surprise no response. Steer clear, bunch of thieves!!

I ordered the pristine cream for furniture at the end of August and have not received anything. I should have known better to get sucked into this scam!!!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Complete scam - ordered at the beginning of September and received nothing. No reply to emails. Taken money and supplied nothing. Complete scammers DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Total waste of money….. Do NOT buy from this company.

Absolute scam!!!! A month later & still no product. They won’t chase the courier up but say I can’t have a refund as the product hasn’t reached me yet.
Avoid!!!!

Ordered August still waiting apparently still in transit!

from ordering on the 11th august to being dispatched on the 13th august and eventually receiving by "express shipping" on the 20th september. Numerous emails stating be with you in 3-12 days or the courier has it and will be up to 5 days. Product eventually arrived and was so shocked at how small the tin of 'wax' was !! Doesn't even do the job it claims. Total waste of money. Avoid the company. Avoid the product

I would have opted for no stars !! This firm are complete thieves and scammers and should be avoided at all costs !! I regret not reviewing on Trust Pilot before purchasing the product. Take your money and then fob you off with courier difficulties when item isn't received - still waiting after 2 months !!
