I am sorry you feel this matter is unresolved, however; We have responded via email and made several attempts to contact you . Also, because you mistakenly ordered only a lens and not a full set of goggles we did not process you order, nor did we charge you for anything.

I contacted this company regarding availability of a particular helmet for my son and they not only responded promptly, but were very helpful with finding the exact helmet we wanted. I also contacted them separately via social media regarding an event I recently saw them at with a discount code and they quickly responded. My son received his helmet and loves it! Weâre very happy and will use this company again as we refresh our gear.
