I was hesitant to buy skis online, but I’m glad I did! The staff and owner are great to work with. Great customer service and satisfaction are very important to them! I highly recommend!

I've ordered from them twice now out of Missouri and I've never had a bad experience. I was looking for a specific snow jacket, and had orders cancelled from two other companies after placing the order. Powder 7 came through and at a cheaper price!

I was actually worried because I had never heard of the company before, but I've since ordered again and would continue to do so!

First class customer service! I purchased a new set of skis, bindings, and boots at powder7. The boots were uncomfortable the first day on the slopes, and they made sure to get me into a new pair before closing time. They spent extra time to ensure I got a comfortable pair of boots and even shipped them to my home after customizing the fit. Charged me nothing for the shipping, Went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer! I will never buy ski equipment anywhere else and recommend Powder7 to everyone!

Powder7 sent me a pair of defective skis. As a part of the warranty, they sent me a new pair of the same ski but the top sheet was different which they didn't tell me about before I received the skis and found out. They couldn't understand why I was unhappy with the replacement ski but they eventually offered to take back both pairs and give me a full refund. As compensation for the trouble, Ryan from Powder7 had during the process offered to pay for the remount of the skis. So I went down to my ski shop, got the bindings remounted, and sent him the receipt but then ALL of a sudden he pulled back his offer about the remount and wouldn't pay it. The whole reason why I needed a remount was because Powder7 sent me a defective pair of skis in the beginning. Now I've paid for the mounting of my bindings TWICE on my own, and Ryan refuses to keep his promise and pay for the remount.
Powder7 owes me money for at least the remount...

AVOID Powder7 if you can. They might cause you a lot of trouble...
