Thank you for your review and feedback. We are extremely sorry for the extended delay in dispatching your order. We have had an overwhelming amount of orders in the Christmas rush. Our orders from our European warehouse are usually shipped within 3 business days. There is a slightly longer delay at the moment due to the business of this period.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are so sorry to hear you still haven’t received your order. It was dispatched the following day after receiving it. You can see from this tracking link that it was making its way to you but unfortunately looks like it has been lost in transit.

We understand how frustrating this can be and apologise for this occurring. We can also see our US team members have been in communication with you about this. Our phone and mailbox are full because we are busy packing tens of thousands of orders for our customers, not because they are complaining. I have processed a full refund for you. I am sorry to hear of your experience with our customer service team.

We have received 3 emails from you, one about becoming an Ambassador which we were soooo excited about! Then we saw your order and it made us even happier! I have spent some time investigating your order, you received a free pair of socks, free shipping and when we compared the prices, you have actually paid less than the current pricing for each style ordered.

We also responded to your email within 6 hours of it being sent to us.

Since we are an Australian company based in the US, the amount charged is in Australian dollars converted to US dollars which is the price you paid. Due to the currency fluctuations, the prices will vary slightly as the dollar conversion changes.
