Parfait, jai une chaine que jai posé à mon nostril ainsi que des tunnels de chez maedusa et j'attends déjà ma prochaine commande ! Bijoux de bonne qualité très beau et les tunnels par exemple sont vendus par paire ! Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment intéressant

Produit jamais reçu et aucun dédommagement malgré ma prise de contacte, 50€ à la poubelle. Attention à ce site .. service client réactif mais déplorable. Je cite « on a du vous voler le bijoux dans la boîte au lettre » je regardais tout les jours aucune nouvelle de suivie rien.. j’ai voulu mettre un avis sur le site mais ils l’ont supprimé. Au moins la je serais entendu

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THEIR EDIT: I DID NOT HAVE IT FOR WEEKS. THAT IS A LIE. I TRIED COTTON STRING FIRST BUT IT BROKE WITH TRYING TO OPEN IT AS IT WAS SO TIGHT. HOW CAN YOU BE SO RUDE TO CUSTOMERS? YOURE LITERALLY GASLIGHTING ME. HONESTLY THIS IS THE MOST TOXIC AND HORRIBLE BUSINESS I HAVE EVER BOUGHT FROM. I HOPE WHOEVER READS THIS, PLEASE TAKE THIS AS YOUR WARNING TO STAY AWAY; BECAUSE EVEN IF YOUR PURCHASE IS OK, THE NEXT ONE MIGHT NOT BE AND TBH ID RATHER GIVE MY MONEY TO A BUSINESS WITH A GOOD ETHOSEDIT IN RESPONSE TO THEIR DISHONEST REPLY. WE DID NOT TALK EXTENSIVELY, AT MOST TWO EMAILS. I ALSO ONLY HAD THE SEPTUM IN FOR NO MORE THAN A FEW MINUTES BEFORE TRYING TO TAKE IT OUT. ALSO, THEIR SUGGESTION WAS TO WATCH A VIDEO ON THEIR INSTA ON HOW TO REMOVE THE SEPTUM USING STRING AND AFTER A WHILE THE HINGE WOULD LOOSEN. THE STRING ALSO DIDNT WORK AND BEFORE EVENTUALLY OPENING WITH A PLIERS I TRIED THEIR METHOD USING FISHING LINE, TO NO AVAIL. THEIR REPLY IS A TESTMENT TO THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a septum ring which is extremely difficult to open and close. It got stuck in my nose and it took 45 minutes and multiple people trying to get it out, using a pliers. As a result my septum was injured. The septum is also extremely uncomfortable to wear. The customer service was actually extremely condescending and awful. I will never shop here again and I advise if you're tempted, not to. Save your money or spend it elsewhere because the service is horrible and the quality is not good for the price. I really like Ask & Embla, wildcat, regal rose and an even more affordable option would be Arka body jewelry who are absolutely wonderful.

attention ! commande de 128 euros passée le 18/01/2025 non reçue ! ne veulent pas me rembourser ne me croient pas (je précise que c'était pour un cadeau du coup je n'en ai plus besoin c'est pour ça que je demande un remboursement) . La poste ne répond pas non plus à ma réclamation ils cherchent encore : dossier encore ouvert ! entre ce site de piercing qui n'est pas très serieux ni commerçant et la poste qui ne répond pas..... J'ai donc prévenu le service des consommateurs et la répression des fraudes car j'ai assez perdu de temps et l'amiable ne marche pas. Achetez sur d'autres sites de piercing beaucoup plus sympa ou en magasins vous perdrez moins de temps et d'argent ! j'ai voulu innové je n'aurais pas du !

Awful customer service. I have bought 3 pieces and 2 have broken within a month (one within a day) where the post came away from the piece leaving a dangerous spike which could injure easily. Both times the company have been very difficult and insisted it was customer error not manufacturing despite photo evidence showing it had come apart. They eventually replaced one piece but are refusing to replace the 2nd. Poor quality and terrible service. With no guarantee on their products they sent very rude emails including telling me ‘it isn’t poor customer service just because I didn’t get my own way’ avoid at all costs!

Premetto che avevo già ordinato dal loro sitoweb senza problemi. Poi purtroppo c'è stato un intoppo con la consegna del mio secondo ordine dovuto dal corriere.
Risultava l'indirizzo non corretto, quindi il giorno previsto della consegna ho provato a contattare il venditore tramite apposito form sul sito (non ci sono altri mezzi di recapito, né email nè numeri di telefono o chat).
Dopo più di due settimane non ho ricevuto risposta da loro quindi ho aperto una pratica da paypal.
Mi hanno risposto dopo un mese ed io ho cercato con educazione di spiegare che ero stata costretta dal momento che non trovavo nessun modo per contattarli. E mi sono anche scusata per l'inconveniente, ma non avevo altro modo per contattarli.
Mi hanno risposto in malo modo di non ordinare mai più dal loro sito perché non avrebbero evaso l'ordine in quanto avevo fatto una pratica da paypal.
