Their login app for Shopify has been an easy to use tool for us. We were having trouble with account logins and being a small scale company, we wanted something easy to use and robust which didn't make a hole in Our pocket. The Hook login one tap app is what we are using and it's fairly helpful. The only issue I encounter was initially it has issue to upload the gif but the support was good and they provided the solution that worked fine.

Fast response times and our website is fixed now

We were in different time zones, but the communication over Skype was very fast. Better than email.

Custom module done exceptionally well
We had to connect to one of our vendor's APIs to do all kinds of product mangement of their products in our site by connecting our Magento2 store with their APIs.
