Shipping took a tiny bit longer than I expected. But customer service answered quickly. I ordered it a little big but was ok with it. It's arms holes are small but fabric is strechy so it works. Order a size up

Horrible product and customer service. Product is cheap, incorrectly sized, elastic feels like iron. It doesn't even look like what you see. After 6 emails requesting a return (as their site sates to do), they still would not provide an address. I am concerned this is their way of delaying so the return is not within the 30 window. Would NEVER order here again. STAY AWAY

I had an excellent experience with Magic Bra. I had a sizing issue and contacted them. I heard from Magic Bra within 24 hours and explained my situation. It was immediately managed with no issues. The customer service is awesome. The quality of the bras are amazing. I would highly recommend Magic Bra.

For starters, I would like to thank Sarah Taylor for being so helpful from the start of my purchase to finish. Sarah was in contact with me via email and always responded in a timely fashion. Not only was she a great help, she found the right fit that worked for me. I have to say that magic braus are the best bras I have ever worn from the very first try on. They’re so soft and comfortable, not at all bulky and fit perfectly. I have always worn underwire bras because nothing else worked for me. Magic braus is the first bra I have worn that is not underwire. To say that I even slept with it on and it did not bother me at all and that says a lot because I cannot sleep with a bra on. Definitely purchasing more in the near future! Totally worth the price!!

I have now ordered 3 different bras from magic bra and none of them fit the way that they should. The posture bra arrived with thread coming out at the seams and although I measured myself really well the bra was an extremely poor fit. The wire free lace bra was ruined in the first delicate wash and became overstretched and unwearable. The shipping time is awfully long as the products come from China. However Geri provided me with excellent customer service and resolved my issues.

Magic Bra have wonderful product, good quality and stylish one. Unfortunately, the bras didn’t fit with my body type ,I need to loose weight a bit and back again as they are beautiful bras. I want to thank you Jolly for your amazing customer service. Really appreciated. Thank you .

Selecting the size for your wife is never easy. I followed the guide to go with a M instead of a S and it fit perfect!

This company claims to be US based, women’s owned, while in fact you get charged an international fee, with long shipping times, and sizes to small obviously aimed at the Asian market. The quality of the items is incredibly poor. Any system to return items or leave a negative review is enabled. This is obviously a nefarious foreign player. DON’T BUY!!!

My new bra was even more than I expected! It fits perfectly and it’s very comfortable!! Plus I look and feel sexy in it!
