I received the bras ordered within 3 weeks, it was christmas time. Everything I ordered was correct upon delivery. The size and fit was exactly to the measurement guidelines.

I ordered 3 bras for a Christmas vacation. Shipping time said 5-7 days. After 3 weeks one of the bras finally came. I reached out to customer service 3 times and was assured that they were on the way. I checked the tracking information about the other two to discover it was not the same and they haven't even had a packing label added...I looked at the bra that I received and it is by no means special in any way. The material is hard and rough on the skin not to mention the material looks like cheap temu clothing. I will get refund if I have to dispute it with my credit card company. Shame on these e-commerce scammers!

Awesome! I loved the shape, fitting, comfort and material of how this magic bra is made, just very expensive.

I ordered a size to small, they were so quick and nice about helping me get the right one I needed. I recommend them and I love my magic bra! I went from only wearing Victoria Secret Bras to switching to Magic Bras, it just makes more sense.

My first purchase, didn’t fit. I contacted Magic braus And they help me find the perfect fit and exchanged it As well. We went back-and-forth, they took their time to find the perfect fit. The bra is very comfortable.!

I bought the magic front closer bra and really liked it. I also got 2 other bras. Posture bra is a joke. There is hardly anything to it and a sports bra. I wish I could trade the posture bra for an other front closer push up bra.

Bra was not even boob shaped. Came crinkled. Also saggy and stretched out and unsupportive. Walmart bras are better by a mile.

I ordered 4 bras and I intially had to chase delivery as I was sent a notification they had been delivered, which was incorrect. Sarah responded to my email promptly and politely. Jolly communicated that they rectified the issue and my package was reshipped and new tracking code sent.

I got a little nervous when I read the negative customer reviews. But I have to be honest, this was NOT my experience. Communication was prompt and clear and honest. I received my items and I'm very happy and the bras are packaged well for shipping and sooooo comfortable to wear. I was a bit unsure when I saw magic bra at first, like how the heck is this gonna work.....adjusted my girls correctly and like magic fit like a glove !!! Gave a nice smooth finish like a t shirt bra but light as a feather. Glad I bought a few. Grey and black really nice and handy for work and gym. I also bought a push up bra with support and it's great material and structured really well. I'm impressed.

Fits well and is high quality. Sometimes the clasps dig in a little bit, but it just takes some adjusting to make it better.

Bought for my wife she was very hesitant about a under wire and fit . She loves these bras I ordered two of each color .

The bandeau strapless bra is amazing, especially for us busty girls who have a tough time finding any strapless bra that we’re not constantly pulling up. First strapless bra I’ve been able to use and do not need to constantly adjust it. Bought one in every color, game changer because I can usually never buy tops with spaghetti straps!!!

Their charging 10.99, their web page states 7.99 restocking fee. to get refund, they want 10.00 for 1st bra replacement and 5.00 for each additional bra. But will give you $$ back in a code to apply to your order from your purchase. I have no faith in this. I recommend not to buy from this company. I wished I checked BBB. They say 30 days to return customer satisfaction guarantee, yeah for additional dollars. They charge you for the expense of running their business. I requested a full refund. One review on BBB the lady stated she got professionally sized the bras she ordered did not fit.

Back in November I settled by offering to pay the 7.99 restocking fee. So I could be done with this company.

Even though the item I ordered wasn't right for me, I got prompt customer service response.

Great product, good fit, good description on website and ease of ordering

The bras are beautiful and really well made. They do take a bit longer to get here, but it's worth it. This company has one of the best customer service departments. Will be buying more!
