I didn't authorize placing an order. When moving to the "review" page it placed the order for me. I didn't want this order. Now I cannot cancel it. I need my order canceled immediately.

FRAUD
FRAUD - Not an Australian Company. I purchased two bras on 4 May 2026 specifically because this website presents itself as an Australian business. The domain is magicbras.com.au, the name is Magic Bra Australia — everything screams Australian. It is a lie. They ship from China via Cainiao. Their contact page lists a US phone number. After 10 business days my package is still in China, violating their own stated 3-7 business day delivery promise. When I requested a refund they refused repeatedly, hiding behind a 'package in transit' policy. This is deliberate misrepresentation of a foreign business as Australian, which is illegal under the Australian Consumer Law. I have reported them to Consumer Protection WA and the ACCC. Do not buy from this company.

Very misleading with the prices
Very misleading with the prices. It was “on sale” for $9.94 plus $4.95 for shipping. While checking out they offer the bra at $4.95 so I got a second one. When I checked out my summary said $19.85 for the whole order. Then I got two separate emails with different charges one bra was $19 and the other $24. When I messaged they said they run it through a third party and the third party decides the shipping price. Instead of putting it all in one they charged me shipping twice on the bra I got on sale when checking out. I asked for a refund they said it’s too late and that they already sent it and to wait till I receive it then contact back so they can send the return address. Not cool at all I’m sad because I was super excited to try the bras

Sizing not accurate. Order size up!

I informed in last email I was going to post this giving opportunity to reach out
Update they just sent me the correct size . Maybe they're just short staffed?

It is a scam
It is a scam. Once you buy a product they will keep charging your credit card. Ive had fraudulent transactions and had to cancel the card.

What a racket
What a racket! I ordered a size 36A and the bra I was sent was at least a D cup and way larger than 36”. Because the labelnsats 36A they are only offering partial refund.
Do not order unless you are prepared to be satisfied with whatever they send you because you cannot send it back for a refund.

Scams on returns
Accidently ordered wrong size. Instead of exchange for the right size, they offered keep the one I got (useless for me), order correct size for $10.00. Ok. So I spent $50,00 for this bra. However, the quality of this bra isn't good. I ordered Strapless Bra with under breast strap/hooks. Looks pretty but the sides do not hold boobs in despite having plastic rib. The hooks are not color coordinated - black bra with silver hooks. I have a regular strapless bra that fits better and stays in place better.

I purchased two magic bras.
I am keeping one of the bras and would like to return the other bra.
I have been trying for four days to receive information to make my return. I have left three messages.
I have had no reponse.
I would not recommend this company for purchases.

No returns or refunds!
Size was not what was advertised (does not fit larger cup sizes) and they do not do returns or refunds!! It was a nightmare trying to contact them for a refund. They gave me $12 back on a $50 order when I asked to return and refund.
