I reached out to MAG following researching commercial laundry equipment suppliers and I was blown away by how much they listened. Most of the companies I spoke with weren’t interested in understanding what I needed. MAG offered me a bespoke solution and I couldn’t be happier.

If you are looking for an outdoor laundry solution, give them a call. You won’t be disappointed!

Jade got in touch after we placed our original order for new machines to see if we’d be interested in trying their detergents as well, and we’re so glad we did.

The difference was noticeable overnight. Blood, mud, stains, fake tan, red wine, nothing is a problem anymore. We no longer need to rewash items or throw away linen that once seemed beyond saving. White really does mean white again, and it’s never looked brighter.

If you want reliable results first time, every time, I highly recommend speaking to Jade about their detergents and dosing kits. Would I recommend MAG? 100% I would!

We are a luxury hotel that has always preferred to process laundry in-house, following early challenges with outsourcing such as high costs and inconsistent quality. Over the past 30+ years, we’ve worked with a range of local and national providers, but MAG has truly stood out over the last decade.

Most recently, MAG supported us in re-equipping our laundry with the latest energy-efficient Primer equipment, and the entire experience has been exceptional. Their professionalism is evident not only in the supply and installation process, but also in their outstanding after-sales support — including regular preventative maintenance visits, duct cleaning, and responsive call-outs.

We recently experienced an issue with a fifteen year old tumble dryer that required urgent attention. The matter was escalated to Rebecca who responded promptly and ensured our call-out was prioritised to expedite an engineer’s visit.

The problem was resolved swiftly, we appreciate the urgency and professionalism shown in handling the situation. Overall a reliable and responsive service when it mattered most.

When we finally escaped our long rental package with JLA we decided it was best to look at a few options. It was crystal clear from day one that the customer service, value and overall support provided by MAG was the best around. Gavin’s technical knowledge was spot on, Leanne and Natalie properly communicated the delivery and installation details, and well Kevin he’s Scotland’s finest so we’re delighted to have him as our local engineer. Our only regret is that we didn’t switch to MAG sooner!

Had a really good experience with this company engineer Karl phoned 30 mins before he arrived and was very professional. Attended the same day and had the parts on the van 5 stars.

Not all heroes wear capes… some of them fix washing machines! Big thank you to Dan and MAG for a 5 star service. Happy to recommend.

We have used MAG for a number of years now and I couldn’t recommend them more. They are quick to respond to any queries that we have regarding the machines. We use our machines constantly with really heavy duty needed (horse rugs and calving coats) so we need machines that can keep up with us and that are reliable. We also wash expensive equipment which I was worried about but Danny and his team showed us techniques and support to make sure we were getting the best performance from our machines.

Office manager Danny is always on hand to offer advise and put us in touch with their engineers who have been nothing but professional and patient with us over the years.

The communication is excellent especially when we are first getting used to new machine and showing us how we can get the best efficiency with the equipment we have.

Nothing is too much trouble for any member of the team we speak to and it’s great to have built professional relationships with such a reliable friendly local company.

Excellent company we’ve worked with Dan and the team at MAG for over 10 years now. 5 stars for customer service and communication. Great people to deal with.

Would never use Mag laundry again. We bought two industrial washing machines for over £11,000.00 and we have had nothing but trouble with them. They are just out of warranty and we have had them out several times.
Also be careful of the engineers times. They put on their times sheets they had been longer than they had doing the repair but our CCTV showed the exact times, they arrived and left the building. The after sales service is terrible. Our experience is, once you've bought the machines they are not interested. Look at alternative companies.
Edited: Mag Laundry tried to get my review taken down for it being defamatory. Trust pilot agreed it wasn't. Thank you trust pilot, I have all emails as evidence of everything I have put above. My review is genuine.
