Ik ben zeer tevreden over de kwaliteit van het product en de service. Speciale dank aan Rob, die de connector op mijn DAC snel en vakkundig heeft vervangen. Ik ben erg blij met het resultaat en geniet nu van goede muziek.

I had already installed SR Purple and Pink fuses in all my components, the DAC was the last link in the chain left to upgrade. After a solid break-in period, there is a noticeable sense of greater calm, ease and fluidity; everithing is more intelligible and musical, in a word, less "digital". If you have a very good and well-balanced hifi system,buying these fuses is an excellent idea.
As always the service provided by Jos and Rob is excellent.

The Mano MK3.5 is a fantastic product; I enjoy a complete holographic musical display. I didn't buy the Mano from Magna, but second-hand. Nevertheless, Rob provided me and the seller with full service. I am very happy with it. Highly recommended.

I spent a Friday afternoon at Magna hifi , where I listened to three streamers with a wide variety of music . Rob explained how they functioned as streamers , their ease of use and limitations . He was also helpful answering my questions about the subtle differences in sound that I observed . It was a most enjoyable afternoon.
