Magna Hifi is a company comprised of two partners, Rob and Jos. Together we founded Magna Hifi in order to overcome the limitations and improve on the musical characteristics of a popular media streamer that we won’t name out of professional courtesy. Although the convenience of this media streamer was notable, the sound quality its​elf could have been better. Both Rob and Jos have backgrounds in electronics, and both work at a high-tech hardware and software company—so, it comes as no surprise that the streamer was soon fully disassembled on our work table. Lets you experience music again!

Expert advice and outstanding service for a complex purchase

After an intensive search for a high-end DAC and preamplifier, I ended up at Magna HiFi in Netherlands. That turned out to be a great decision.
Rob and Jos take the time. No sales talk — just honest, balanced information, both during the preliminary conversations and throughout an extensive in-studio listening session. At my request, a direct comparison between several components was arranged, allowing me to make a well-informed decision. It ended up with a 2R2 DAC Holo May KTE and Holo Serene KTE pre amplifier. That kind of effort is something I greatly appreciate.
Delivery was prompt and communication throughout the entire process was pleasant and proactive. No surprises along the way.
For anyone looking for a specialist who genuinely thinks along with you and isn't afraid to give honest advice — even if that means you end up choosing something different than expected — Magna HiFi comes highly recommended.

Alles perfekt!

Unkomplizierte Bestellung, sehr schneller Versand nach Deutschland und ein erstklassiger Singxer SDA-6 PRO2 DAC.
Ich werde hier jederzeit wieder bestellen, denn manche Marken und GerÀte sind in Deutschland nicht so einfach zu bekommen.
Schön, wenn man eine sehr gute Alternative wie Magna Hifi hat.

Uitstekende service — snel, persoonlijk en deskundig
Onlangs een Holo Audio Red streamer gekocht bij Magna Hifi. In principe een gebruiksvriendelijk apparaat, maar bij het aansluiten kreeg ik geen verbinding. Al snel stuurde ik 's ochtends een mail, en om 08:30 had Jos al gereageerd met het aanbod om via TeamViewer live mee te kijken. Het probleem bleek een defecte USB-kabel van mezelf — met de meegeleverde kabel werkte alles direct.
Als audiofiel die nogal koortsachtig kan worden als iets niet werkt, waardeer ik deze manier van werken enorm. De snelheid, de inzet en de persoonlijke aanpak waren ronduit indrukwekkend. Voor wie twijfelt aan een aankoop of bang is om er niet uit te komen: bij Magna Hifi sta je er niet alleen voor. Aanrader.

I had an excellent experience with Magna Hifi.

The communication was always friendly, professional and responsive. Rob and Jos were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially when dealing with VAT refund documentation and some unexpected customs issues. They remained flexible, patient and solution-oriented from start to finish.

The Holo Audio Spring 3 DAC arrived exactly as described and was carefully handled throughout the process.

It’s rare to find a hi-fi dealer that combines technical expertise with such outstanding customer service. I would happily buy from Magna Hifi again and highly recommend them to other audio enthusiasts.
