Les sac que j’ai commandé était encore mieux que j’ai pensé. Une trÚs bonne qualité , en tissus résistant mais en même temps beau. Facile à porter avec différentes tenues et en plus super bien compart... もっず芋る

Did not receive product, not trackable

It has been almost a month since I ordered a bag - tracking not updated since May27 and I got an email saying I should review the goods. Please give me a refund or let me know of an approximate date that I can receive the goods.

Your package is currently impacted by unforeseen delays due to the ongoing Canada Post labor strikes, which have disrupted shipping timelines across the country. While tracking hasn’t updated since May 27 because there is a bug on the logistics system, rest assured updates issue has been solved and your order is in transit and will be delivered.

such good quality bag! i was super worried about something and so messaged the service team and they were really quick and responding and very friendly! the bag is very spacious, and my keyring fits perfectly!

Great customer service

Great customer service! I was really worried about shipping since there is a post office strike in my country and they made sure to reroute it so that it still arrive in time and answered my emails very quickly.

My bag

I think the shipping was pretty quick, especially coming all the way from China. The bag FEELS amazing, and I love that it has a reasonable amount of pockets/ The design is super cute and the straps might not be as padded as I would have liked but they are still very much comfortable.

This is a bag I plan on using for work/school. It's nice to have such a cute bag and not just a completely black one.
