Micheal Hurckles is a very bad attorney his license is currently suspended. He did nothing. Never showed up but demanded to get paid. Ironclad law mah advising terrible firm. This a scam.

MAH advising are nothing but a scam and con artists. I hired them about a year ago and spent like 20k or 25k and they did absolutely nothing, they just keep asking you to replenish the retainer money. When I realized that they were a bunch of clowns and nothing but a circus. I terminated with them and had an overage of $1500 and asked for it to be returned it was bever. Read all the horrendous reviews on the BBB website and you will see almost everyone with a similar experience. Do your research and hire a reputable law Firm that has principles and scruples. Also, no paralegal or Attorney is ever available to speak to. And you leave a message with receptionist, and no one ever calls you back. Same goes for emails!!! And as far as Michael A Hurckes, not once was I able to speak to him. He is a ghost if he even really exists!!!! I as well as many other people from what I see have reported MAH to the FL Bar and the Better Business Bureau and nothing happens. I think the FL bar should do its job and take Michael Hurckes Law license away and disbar him from ever practicing law in the FL for unethical and deceiving practices. So Michael Hurckes has instructed accounting to send me to collections and to report me on the credit bureaus. Oh, I'm shaking in my boot and loosing lots of sleep(not) Let's see you kept my $1500 overage from my retainer, you did absolutely nothing and you reported me to collections and the credit bureaus. I in turn have exposed you in my reviews and any prospective clients are going to see how full of it you are and what a fraud you really are. And it's not just me. The BBB has many similar reviews just like mine. So MAH has a pattern of fraud and unethical legal practices. Man, I could be wrong, but I don't think this is going to help you with any new clients that are stupid enough to contemplate hiring you. What goes around comes around. Have a nice day. My advice do not hire Michael Hurckes or MAH for anything and now very conveniently they are changing their name to something else so that no one sees all of the horrendous reviews that they have!!!!

I wish I would have really did my research before reaching out to MAH advertising . Completely malice behavior . And know to be called the “Ghost attorney “ this guy even had a suit against his parent please look up LAW 360 for my details this is my opinion and my experience

I contacted MAH Advising to help me with a property dispute. I paid $7,500 and fired them a month later because they never called me to start my case. They then sent me to collections. I did file a complaint with the Florida Bar and am currently trying to be added as a plaintiff to a class action lawsuit that was filed against them. Do not hire this firm!

The negligence and consequences for THAT negligence were dire, at least they were for me. I LOST MY HOME OF 20 years so I want anyone even thinking of hiring these people be forewarned. The reviews are bought!! They called and threatened me if I wrote an honest review but I Don’t care. I have nothing left and after asking 3xletters I got -0-and I find MAH Advisors is mostly responsible. I have never been forced into a position of facing eviction due to the gross negligence of MAH Advisors but I was violently evicted. The firm's failure to adequately or in ANY WAY represent me in this matter is compounded by their attempt to impose additional financial burdens through a rushed and questionable agreement .The agreement was breached the firm never worked on my case and the ‘straw’ was by not even registering as my representation with the court. Unintentional or not, I can say that the level of incompetence exhibited by MAH Advisors is unprecedented. Consistent failures in communication including but not limited to inaccessibility during business hours, unreturned messages, unanswered
calls, disconnected phone lines that ‘busy-out’, and bounced emails have severely compromised my ability to effectively manage my case and the 1 time I complain, I was sent a termination letter saying they cannot try my case. I wrote back ‘ why didn’t you tell me sooner NOT 10 days before my hearing and NOT after I have been paying for 4 months! I guarantee the agreement was initially breached by them by ignoring my case and knew the longer I hang in, the more $ they make and since I was in a different city, I wouldn’t drop by. Thanks for reading let me know if I could help at all. 4/24 I hired, 7/24 terminated 11/24 still never got any refund but Mr. now has to answer to the Florida Bar Association.

Listen to all of the other reviews who tell you to not use this firm. Our matter was of an urgent, heartbreaking nature. We told them and they said they would get right on it. Then they took our money, set us up for a loan with "Affirm" and, after 3 weeks, we still had not spoken to an attorney. We drove to their office in Tampa to find it was a virtual office with no office space. The New York office is also virtual. We cancelled and the same day they had the audacity to send us an additional bill for work they never did. There is so much to tell, but suffice it to say again, 'don't give your money to this firm.' I am going to write a complaint every day, to every source or authority available, until we get our money back and the loan cancelled. It's not right that this firm does this to trusting, unsuspecting folks who need help
