Parcel arrived quickly and well wrapped! Bought it to go with a set we bought recently. Lovely designs. Very disappointed that the plates were made in China!? Try very hard not to buy anything made in China. Our recently bought plates from Spode were all made in England!

Refund after cancellation with no fuss…
This item was refunded with no fuss when I mistakenly ordered a 2.5 litre bowl with tab and lip when looking for a 1 litre which seems to be unobtainable anywhere. A text to customer services later the same day requesting cancellation was that was required.

Excellent service. You only know how good a company is when there is a problem. Ordered a product and the discount offer when I checked out didn’t go through. A quick email and Pratik from customer service got straight back to me straight away and refunded it into my account. Very impressed.

Great product but I paid extra for an early delivery but it was late. The seller has offered a rebate for the extra delivery cost, so I am happy that overall it was a good product from a good sound retailer. Errors do occur.

The items were then dispatched . One was not available and has been refunded .
Parcel arrived 18 th December .
Plus email apologies. The items received were of good quality and well packaged.
