MAH Inspections Ltd レビュー

Lets start at the beginning... I contacted MAH inspections regarding an inspection and to get a quote at 7pm on a Saturday evening by Sunday morning I was booked in. In the correspondence I was told everything that Mark would be inspecting.

Snagging Day - Mark turned up 15 minutes early at 8am and by 8:30am he was well under way. Mark continued working up until 15:45pm and didn't stop for lunch (although he would have been done sooner if I didn't distract him with a few conversations). Before leaving Mark talked me though some of the major snags, showing me picture and in some cases what the actual problems are.

I then received the snagging report the same day!

Mark informed me that I can contact him with any further questions or queries (especially when the developer challenges snags) after the the fact.

Mark was fantastic and very thorough. His due diligence was top notch. Mark and his team where amazing and made the experience of snagging smooth.

I highly recommend this company, and if you do end up contracting Mark to do snagging then make sure you keep him supplied with Coffee.

We recently had a snagging inspection for our new home with MAH Inspection Ltd and the experience was excellent. Their team is very friendly, and communication was smooth and efficient. They responded to our queries promptly and clearly.

I really appreciate the support from Mark and Cheryl throughout the entire process. The snagging report was delivered very quickly (within just a few hours in our case) and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service provided.

I would highly recommend MAH Inspection Ltd to anyone looking for a reliable and professional snagging service, without any hesitation.

Happy with the level of service provided from start to finish. Mark explained everything on the day that he was going to do before he started then just got on with his job with no hastle at all. Following his visit we recieved the report the following day.

He found more snags than i had spotted and he was more than happy to explain things when asked.

Deffinetly worth having this survey carried out by Mark as he knows what he is looking for and has the level of knowledge to back it up.

Great professional service......HAVE THE SURVEY DONE ITS WORTH IT!!!!!!!!

The process was extremely efficient, with the report delivered on the same day ans accompaned by expert advice.

You are a great company with very professional inspectors. I will definitely recommend you to my friends next time.

We purchased a brand new property and searched for snagging surveyors. I am so glad we found MAH. Cheryl and Mark are such lovely people, they did an amazing job and gave us a very thorough report.
They answered to my emails immediately, even out of hours (which I had no expectations for but they did anyway)
I can only recommend their services.
They delivered exactly what they said they would, at the time they promised.

Mark was really friendly and helpful, he did a very thorough job of inspecting our house, and I would definitely recommend to others.

Both Mark and Cheryl were amazing from start to finish and even now afterwards. You get the feeling that they actually care about their job and customers. Can't recommend them enough.

Great work ethic, prompt, efficient and would highly recommend.

Mark provided very detailed report, excellent snagging service. Cheryl replied in a timely fashion, even beyond working hour. Cheryl arrange visit in a very tight schedule. I highly recommend MAH Inspections Ltd to anyone who needs a snagging survey!

Mark was very thorough and knowledgeable. He gave sensible advice throughout the process from before, during and after.

Cheryl and Mark provide a great service at MAH Inspections.
Their communication is thorough, transparent, frequent, fast and clear to understand. They are more than patient to answer any questions and accommodate your dates where they can.

On the day of inspection, Mark was very clear of what his inspection would cover, and it was quite extensive - leaving no stone unturned. After the inspection he gives a debrief of his findings and also explains the next steps. The report was turned around by Cheryl very quickly and was received within an hour of the inspection being completed.

The interaction doesn't end there, as Cheryl and Mark offer to help communicate with developers that may dispute the findings or don't want to rectify issues.

Overall, I would highly recommend MAH Inspections for a post completion inspection

MAH explained clearly their process, including what and how they would survey the property ... got on with it ... and then produced a clear & detailed report. Couldn't have asked for more.

Communication prior to the snag was great. Mark was prompt to the inspection and was incredibly thorough and helpful. He explained exactly what he was going to do, what he was looking for, and the rules he had to follow. We received the report the same day which was helpfully annotated.

Mark offered further support and guidance to us if we needed it while negotiating the snag fixes, for which we are grateful.

The plumber who came to sort the minor leaks Mark found actually commented on how thorough a job our snagger must have done, because one of the leaks was very hard to replicate!

Both Mark and Cheryl were both brilliant.

We had a tight turn around that Cheryl helped with and Mark’s report was described as “very thorough” by our builder. Would definitely recommend.

Great communication, fitted us in at short notice. Professional throughout

Mark explained the process in great detail, was diligent and polite.

Great snagger and detailed report. Issued the report on same day as payment.

Would highly recommend

Mark's attention to detail and passion for his work ensure that he misses nothing, unlike some other snaggers we have encountered in the past. Our new neighbour now wishes they had chosen Mark, as he identified far more issues and charged no extra cost for his services.

I saw that MAH have inspected a few properties on my development and got in touch to request a quote. Cheryl responded to my emails promptly and professionally and I was happy to book in. Not one phone call was needed throughout the entire process.

On the day of the inspection, mark arrived early and happily spent the extra time talking me through how the inspection was going to pan out, where he would go what he would check etc, he provided a great insight as to how detailed the checks were.

The report was sent to me on the same day as the visit, all of which took place on a Saturday, mark and Cheryl were happy to accommodate around my schedule

I’ve now sent the report to the developer and look forward to using this service for a potential follow up booking in the future. Thank you

Mark was extremely professional and meticulous when inspecting our property. He was also very friendly and polite, always happy to explain things clearly when we had questions. It’s a company we can truly trust. If any of our friends need a snagging inspection, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark to them.

We were very impressed with with MAH inspections Ltd. Very thorough and detailed job. I highly recommend. They were easy to communicate with and kept in touch before and even after the snagging process, offering to be contacted if we had any concerns/queries.
