MAH Inspections Ltd レビュー

Mark was highly recommended and he did not disappoint!
Every big and small detail of our new build was assessed and a thorough report was provided at the end. The report was clear with images and texts describing each snag, making it easy for me to go through.
Mark was very friendly and his service was professional. As I was interested in the snagging process, he was more than happy to explain to me what he was doing and what he found as a result. Thanks to Mark, my family and I feel confident that our house is to the standard it should be after all his snags have been addressed. Without his service, there would have been many issues that would not have been picked up on.

Mark was great. Mark came to complete the post completion snagging inspection on our 3 bed with Taylor Wimpey. Very personable and knowledgeable around the inspection carried. I couldn’t recommend Mark enough. Fantastic service by Mark and Cheryl and a great price point too

Mark is incredible and very knowledgeable in this field with several years experience! The service was incredible! I would 100% recommend. I booked the service to snag my newly built property as a first time buyer. I received the report on the same day after payment. It’s an affordable price.
Cheryl is also a very reliable administrator, she responds to emails promptly and their phone number is easily reachable, if they miss your call, they call back.

Thank you, I’m grateful

Mark carried out a remarkable snagging survey for me. He is amicable, meticulous, professional and highly experienced. He found out three major issues and explained to me clearly. He also identified 146 other minor issues for the developer to fix up. All these issues were detailed in his clearly written snagging report.
As a newcomer to the UK and living here for about two years, I have much yet to learn about living in a house in the UK. Mark is patient and generous about answering my many questions about maintenance of my new build such as recommending me to paint Cuprinol wood paint for my fence and shed when the wood turns grey, and giving me many good advice.
I have the complete peace of mind with Mark's snagging survey . Five days after submission of Mark's snagging report, my developer contacted me to rectify the issues. Thanks to Mark! Bravo!

I recently used MAH Inspections Ltd for a property inspection, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Mark was incredibly professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions with patience and clarity.

The inspection itself was comprehensive, and the report was detailed and easy to understand. Mark’s expertise and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the findings. His friendly and helpful attitude made the entire process stress-free.

I highly recommend MAH Inspections Ltd to anyone in need of a reliable and informative inspection service. Mark truly goes above and beyond—excellent work!

The whole experience was extremely easy, from booking to getting the house inspected, paying and receiving the report. Strongly recommended!

MAH Inspections were thorough, helpful, explained the process and the findings, and easy to deal with. I was provided with the survey later the same day as the inspection. Would definitely recommend if you need a snagging survey completed!

MAH provided professional, efficient, and exceptional service at a very reasonable price. The team demonstrated vast knowledge, politeness, and helpfulness, ensuring outstanding communication throughout the process, including after the snag survey was completed. They continue to stay in touch, which is greatly appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend their snag surveying services; the thorough and complete report was delivered on the same day—a truly amazing service! Thank you, MAH team

Professional, helpful, offering detailed explanations, highly recommended.

Cheryl in Customer Service was exceptional, helpful and professional. Mark arrived early very thorough, explained the process in detail and really supportive...so glad I had the inspection done, really put my mind at rest and now have a detailed report to give to the builders.

Had a great experience with this snagging service. The inspector was very polite, professional, and thorough in checking all the details. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they provided quick responses to any queries. The report was delivered promptly and was clear and well-structured. Highly recommend their service for anyone needing a reliable snagging inspection!

Mark really knows his subject matter and was polite, on time and respectful throughout the day.

The report identified 98 fixes, so we are very happy to have used MAH and would strongly recommend anyone to use them who has bought a new build from any developer.

We thought we wouldnt have many issues, so it just shows even if nothing obvious that you cannot trust your developer to have built everything to NHBC standard.

Mark was very thorough in the inspection of our new house, finding issues that we would never have found (for example, a missing fuse in an isolating switch, and a bay window being outside the NHBC tolerance for straightness). He even used a thermal camera to identify cold spots. Whilst there were only a few major issues, there were many minor issues which would eventually annoyed us. Now, the builder is coming round to fix all of them at once. It was well worth the cost of the inspection, we are very happy.

Mark was very professional, and very polite, and explained all issues he found and how they were referenced with the relevant NHBC regulations.
The report was very clear showing what the issues were and where they were found.
He also said any issues with our builder trying to get out of sorting any issue, to simply contact him and he'll back up the issue as required.
Al in all excellent

A very good service from start to finish.
Extremely thorough

MAH inspections did a great job about finding the new defects in our new home. Marc has a keen eye to find the tiny defect which is barely ignored and can't be found easily by the naked eye. He even reported the scratches, which we think are normal in the new house, but actually they are defects and entitled to receive the new appliance or get it replaced with the new one for the money we paid to the builder. We had no idea about the insulation in the loft, but Marc found that insulation is missing in some parts of the loft, also he found that cold air has been leaking into the house through the main door via tiny holes that are supposed to be not there. He found more than 160 defects in our house, not easily found by a normal person without a professional snagging. Appreciate MAH inspections and team in their great work. They are brilliant and perfect in their work. I wish them all the best and grow more. Special thanks to Marc for being friendly with us throughout the snagging and explaining things clearly to us.

100% recommend! As soon as we applied for our snagging report Cheryl got back to use so quickly and was able to sort a time for Mark to come and check our property. The report was incredibly thorough and found snags which we would have missed. They were really clearly pictured and then annotated and then a written description next to it, which was really helpful as we were first time buyers. Thanks for doing such an amazing job!

Mark was incredibly thorough and informative. He explained everything and gave advise and guidance. It was a full day job and we were very satisfied with the work and the report.

From enquiring about an inspection, everything was explained well and I knew what to expect on the day. On the day of inspection, Mark started off by explaining how he was going to carry out the inspection and once completed, he talked me through issues found and explained the report that I would receive. The report was as discussed, clear and concise. I knew where the issues were and it was well explained with images.

I was not too sure about getting a snagging inspection, but based on my experience with MAH Inspection, I would highly recommend. Mark and Cheryl are amazing and give clear, detailed information. I definitely got my money’s worth!

Can't recommend highly enough, went above and beyond! Found many snags we had missed and 1st class knowledge to boot. Family business run by hubby/wifey who find time to explain and have a great personal touch, deserve 5 stars all round. Thankyou
