MAH Inspections Ltd レビュー

MAH Inspections - Thank you.

If you are buying a new build this is a must. My own “snagging” list was nowhere near as comprehensive.

Professional, courteous, respectful to my property, well informed and importantly completely put my mind at rest.

Would recommend without hesitation.

Thank you.

MAH took their time with the inspection, and it definitely felt unhurried. Excellent service, 5/5.

Marks inspection was absolutely amazing. His attention to detail is incredible, he even finds the smallest of things that would have taken me months to spot. Mark and his team work so well as we got the report back on the same day of the snagging even when he spent all day at our home. I would highly recommend using MAH, we will definitely use again in the future.

Mark was very thorough and I felt confident by his experience. Any questions were answered immediately and Mark helped to identify over 180+ defects in my new build.

I was also given an email/telephone number for support if needed when raising these with developer/association.

I'd have no problems recommending Mark. Thank you for your care and attention.

Mark and his team were great. Very responsive and informative. The report is extremely useful and in layman’s terms where needed for ease of understanding. I contacted a few surveyors for a quote but MAH were above all in terms of quotation and interactions with Cheryl were very helpful.

Thanks so much for making the new build process that bit easier. ☺️

MAH Inspections are a fantastic company who provide excellent customer service.
Prior to the booking date occurring, correspondence was provided outlining the exact time the team would be arriving as well as the expected process to occur.
On arrival, the process was again confirmed to us, detailing the approach to be taken in the house.
The team worked very efficiently and provided excellent updates if anything significant identified needed to be brought to our attention.
It is clear that Mark is very knowledgeable and a clear specialist in his field, with his knowledge of building regulations house builders must meet when constructing a new build providing us as customers with a lot of assurance that issues identified will need to be resolved by the builder.
Once Mark left the house after completing, we were provided with the detailed report following payment in a matter of hours. The report clearly outlines the issues identified through description with photographic proof.
The price of such a service I also felt was very reasonable.
We have now been able to raise these issues identified with our house builder who is now assessing the findings.
I cannot commend MAH inspectors enough for their thorough work and excellent customer experience.
I recommend anyone who needs to use a building snagger for their new build to seek the services of MAH Inspections Ltd.

MAH inspections were so helpful. From my 1st enquiry they took time to explain things. The day of the inspection Mark was so thorough, happy to look at any concerns I had. Took time, worked around my daughter’s additional needs.

Definitely money well spent and such peace of mind , feel empowered to work through the issues that came up

They carry out the snagging for my newbuild home, the service is satisify.

A friendly and thorough post completion snagging survey. Mark arrived punctually and was very thorough in looking at everything - including removing bath panel to check for leaks and checking for any coldness coming in from doors, walls and ceiling. Picked up numerous snagging it would have taken a while for me to pick up, if at all. The report is detailed and easy to follow. There is a helpful summary near the beginning highlighting the main or more serious issues. Would definitely recommend.

Mark is very professional, arrive promptly, detail in explaining the standard and how the inspection carry out, prompt return of report, friendly to explain the findings and Cheryl is very good in response and follow up! Highly recommend MAH!

Fantastic service from Mark who is both highly professional and knowledgeable. The attention to detail in his report is excellent and has proven invaluable. I would not hesitate to use Mark again in the future and if you are buying a new build I would highly recommend his services.

Mark arrived punctually and explained the inspection flow and content carefully. When finished, he explained the serious problem and how to deal with the Builder. It really helps a lot. I definitely will introduce to my friends.

Mark was super thorough and picked up on so many defects that I didn’t spot myself! He was very punctual and the snagging report arrived in my inbox the same day he carried out the inspection! I highlight recommend MAH Inspections for any snagging needs. Thanks again!

Mark gave us a comprehensive report for our new home and picked up on the finest of details. He was extremely professional and very polite. The booking process was also made very easy by Cheryl. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MAH Inspections to anyone looking for a snagging service (in fact I already have!).

very thorough, arrived promptly even on a Sunday morning. very polite and explained everything.
you can tell this is a family business with years of experience.
I have even recommended them to my neighbour as they too are in a new build and seem to be finding issues

Punctual and thorough. Received the full report same day. Highly recommended.

The checking is really detailed and the report is clear and detailed.

The whole experience was seamless and simple - thank you! We booked MAH after reviewing previous Trustpilot reviews and we were not disappointed. In fact Mark was able to bring his survey date forward at short notice which was great for us. He turned up on time (this was so important to us given both my husband and I work from home) and other than him talking us through the process before he started, he completed the inspection with little or no disruption to us. Once he’d finished he told us how and when we’d get the report, and true to his word the next morning following payment it was in my inbox. The report was easy to understand and comprehensive, he’d picked up on snags I had on my list to submit to the developers so that was reassuring. My husband and I are so glad we chose MAH Inspections. Their work is well worth the money.

I received very prompt replies to my queries even out of hours. Mark was friendly and informative, but the survey was very thorough and picked up loads of issues I wouldn't have noticed. Also very quick to send the results.I would highly recommend.
