I had a horrible experience with maid.cc and I’m on the verge of contacting the authorities on them. They collect the maid salary a month in advance from me, to ensure timely transfer of her salary, with no sign of them transferring the salary to her till now!!!! You can’t call them you can only whats app them, you ask them to call and all you get is a bot response!!!! I’ve been begging them to call me in vain!! As if I haven’t paid a fortune for their services. I’ve been scammed!

This is my second bad experience from maid.cc. I had previously faced huge delay in visa processing for my maid due to incorrect name been updated in the visa form.
The current review is towards the experience in continuity due to the above issue. The maid's name was correct in the visa application but maid.cc rectified the error and correct visa/ EID was issued. Unfortunately, maid.cc forgot to fix the name in the Debit card to be issued to the maid. The same debit card which the maid will use to collect her salary. The company responsible to issue the debit card has denied handing over the debit card due to name discrepancy and 1 month salary is still pending to be collected. Maid.cc will promptly deduct the salary for following month without providing the means to withdraw the funds.
I have been following up with the maid.cc for past 3 weeks without any fruitful result. I won't be renewing maid's visa with maid.cc for sure.
