Really disappointed with how this was handled.
We found our maid ourselves and only used Maids.cc for the visa service. When she told us she wanted to stop working and go back home, we started arranging her flight and were told the visa cancellation was being processed.
After waiting almost a week, we were then told the visa would not be cancelled and that she would instead stay under Maids.cc’s management and continue working in the UAE.
We also asked about the unused part of the visa/service we had already paid for and were told there would be no refund.
The whole process was confusing and the communication was very frustrating. I would strongly advise anyone using their visa service to get all cancellation, refund and transfer terms clearly in writing before paying upfront.

We booked a trial nanny for childcare and was unfortunately sent a cleaner which is horrifying considering childcare is charged at a higher rate. The cleaner was tired and unresponsive so the session was a completely waste. Management asked us to give them one more try and the replacement was fine but then I was advised she was not available. What a waste of time! Do not recommend.

Update: management did call me back and advised they would be able to reschedule the nanny for me as per my request. After one week of working on this rescheduling, they called me again stating that they NO LONGER operate in my area! So the nanny in question is only available for £2k a month full time contract. Absolutely disgraceful business practice. To put a child through all this due to corporate greed is utterly disreputable. Absolutely do not recommend.

Trainer Samrawit trained my maid to cook 3 great dishes. We really enjoyed them and my maid loved learning new skills.

I hired a maid from them, paid a full months invoice, and they immediately stopped responding to me. I was never given any details about the maid I supposedly hired or able to reach someone

I am absolutely furious with Maids.cc. We sponsor our maid through them, and dealing with their payment system and customer service has been an infuriating waste of time.

We receive constant WhatsApp payment reminders even when our payments are not late. They then insisted that one-off card payments were impossible and that we had to authorise recurring payments, citing “cybersecurity” as the reason.

Yet after I reluctantly set up recurring payments, they suddenly produced a link for a one-off payment. If that option existed, why put me through all this nonsense? I immediately cancelled the recurring payment arrangement.

I am trying to pay a bill. It should not require an argument, contradictory explanations and pressure to accept automatic charges. Absolutely appalling customer service.

**Extremely disappointing service\. Three days without a nanny, no effective support, and still waiting for a refund\.**

We have had repeated problems with the nannies provided by Maid\.cc, despite raising our concerns with their customer service team multiple times\. Communication, reliability, following instructions and basic professionalism have repeatedly been an issue\.

Most recently, we were provided with a nanny whose explanation during the interview about leaving her previous employer turned out to be inconsistent with what we later discovered\. After starting with us, she left on her day off, stayed out overnight without informing us, ignored our calls and messages, and only returned at 5:45 am\. This completely disrupted our family and left us in an extremely difficult situation\.

To make matters worse, **we have now been left without any nanny or assistance for three consecutive days\.** We are paying for a service, yet we are having to manage everything ourselves while waiting for Maid\.cc to provide a solution\.

This is not about expecting a nanny to have no personal life or no days off\. It is about basic communication, honesty, reliability and respecting the rules of the family home\.

We have been patient, attended multiple meetings and repeatedly explained exactly what we need\. Unfortunately, the same problems continue\.

At this point, we are requesting a **refund for the period during which no service has been provided**\.

A professional domestic staffing company should properly screen candidates, match them appropriately with families and take responsibility when a placement fails\. Customers should not be left without assistance for days after paying for a service\.

72 hours was enough to understand how disappointing this company is.

I found Maid CC through Google and was quickly contacted by an agent by phone and WhatsApp. They were extremely responsive and friendly while I was considering their services. They sent me several profiles and I decided to proceed with one of them for the following day.

The WhatsApp process was already frustrating, as most of the communication appeared to be automated, making everything unnecessarily slow. However, I decided not to judge the company based on this first impression.

I specifically requested that the maid be dropped off at my home at 12:00 PM. At 10:00 AM, the driver contacted me to say they had arrived. I explained that nobody was home and that I would be there at the agreed time. He accepted this.

When I arrived home at noon, I was absolutely shocked to find the maid sitting outside on the ground, in approximately 40°C heat, where she had apparently been left waiting for around two hours. When I contacted the driver to complain about the situation and the conditions in which she had been left, I was told that the company does not allow drivers to wait.

This was an extremely poor first impression and, more importantly, I found the situation completely unacceptable.

I nevertheless welcomed the maid and gave her a chance. Within less than 24 hours, I realised that although she was a very kind person, she did not have the level of experience I was looking for. I therefore contacted Maid CC to request a replacement, which was supposed to be included in the package I had purchased.

I was sent new profiles and decided to conduct video interviews this time. A video call was scheduled for 10:30 AM the following day.

The next morning, the driver came to collect the first maid. I joined the video call at 10:30. Nobody joined. 10:40… 10:50… still nobody. I contacted the company and received no response. More than an hour later, I finally received a message asking me to apologise for the inconvenience.

We eventually did the video call immediately because I simply did not want to waste any more time. Unfortunately, the reality was even more disappointing. The two candidates I saw looked completely different from the introduction videos I had previously received. They appeared tired and poorly presented. I raised this issue with the person in charge, who apologised for the way they had presented themselves.

At that point, I nevertheless decided to select one of the candidates.

I was then sent a link to continue the recruitment process. The link did not work. Another link was sent. Same problem. Then another one. Same issue again.

And then, after all of this, I was told that the maid I had selected had apparently been hired by someone else in the meantime.

At this point, I had simply had enough.

I tried contacting the company through the chat to get an explanation — no response. I asked to be called by someone — no response. I then requested to cancel my subscription — still no response.

And as of today, I am still waiting for an answer. More than 48 hours have now passed since I requested to be contacted, and nobody from Maid CC has bothered to get back to me.

What is particularly frustrating is the contrast between the level of attention you receive when they are trying to get your payment and the complete lack of communication once you encounter a problem.

Based on my experience, Maid CC did not deliver the level of service I was promised, and the entire process became far more complicated and stressful than it should have been.

My advice: think very carefully before paying for their services. I personally would not use this company again.

Their customer service is very responsive and helpful. They always reply quickly and make sure to find the right solution whenever we need assistance.

They introduced us to Gianne Carla Dominguez, and we've been very happy with her ever since. Gianne is hardworking, respectful, reliable, and always does her job with a smile.
She never stops until everything is perfectly done and always makes sure the house is clean and tidy.

My first two weeks with Maid CC were genuinely frustrating. Most of the communication was handled by AI responses rather than real people and getting proper support felt nearly impossible. I was ready to cancel the service entirely.

That changed when my case was routed to Ms. Rana. She took the time to understand what I needed, was polite and patient throughout and within 1 to 2 hours had shortlisted the most suitable maid for my requirements. Her genuine care to resolve things made all the difference.

To be clear: this 3-star rating exists only because of Ms. Rana. Without her, I would have rated this 1 star.

Ms. Rana deserves 5 star. The company, based on my overall experience, does not.

Great experience so far using maids.cc and our nanny Gianne. They matched us with a nanny with experience with newborns and she’s been very caring and attentive with our 3 month old baby. It’s been a huge help having some extra support and we’re really happy with the service and Gianne in particular. Would recommend for those looking for a nanny.

Trainer Samrawit came to train our nanny and made 2 wonderful dishes. She’s is kind, patient and thorough when teaching. Highly recommend Samrawit.
