I sent Mailboxde over 200 packages, they lost one and didn't bother to investigate
I sent Mailboxde over 200 packages. I was constantly verifying that the packages arrived by cross referencing the tracking number from the Ebay sellers with my received packages in my Mailboxde account. There was a package that arrived and showed up in their system, and it was supposed to be consolidated and it was not sent. Because I kep the consolidated packages in a storage facility I only found out after 5 months. The package was lost at their facility and now their answer was that they were sorry that I was looking for my package after 5 months. I wrote them several times after this and they didn't even bother to reply. I lost 226 Euros in merchandise inside their company and they basically didn't care, even after I gave them lots of business and money. I would strongly suggest you look at their competition for a better service, which offer several free services, plus dont charge for each box received.

the return service is very slow. it took 3-4 days to return my items to sender. Other parcel forwarders do it in 1 days like tiptrans. Also, why a manual email contact needed if someone wants to return an item to sender? similar forwarders(tiptrans,forward2me, ship7) all do it automated, so we can order "return service" on their website and we can attach a return label, without any contact needed. Could you make it available ? It would be more dynamic and faster,both for us and your email customer service staff would not need to waste the time to read these email and the handling would be much faster and hassle-free. Thanks.

Unfortunately I can`t recommend mailboxde because they forwarded 4 letters from Germany to Ireland ,but I have never received them.They try to solve the situation via email and they offered me only processing fee .
They said : â Those letters were sent by ordinary mail. In the case of ordinary mail shipment, the post is not responsible for the loss or damage. â
How I can recommend use the service if I can`t get my item?? Now I wasted my time,
lost money and missed 4 letters.

Shipping problem resolved
There was a problem with the shipping as the label said it was delivered to Mailbox.de warehouse while in fact it wasnât.
Mailbox.de helped me and submitted a claim on my behalf to the original sender and to DHL, which resulted in a refund. Albeit it was a long procedure, I am very thankful for the help Mailbox.de team provided during that time and correspondence it had with law enforcement, DHL and the original sender.

I didn't know that these service exist in Europe, I thought only in Asia! The customer service replies very quick and accurate. The shipping rates to The Netherlands are very acceptable. Their handling fee is very inexpensive, I almost didn't believe it! I ordered things from the DM (best drug store in Europe!) which can be only send within Germany. So it has been sent to Mailboxde. When they received the parcel, they immediately confirmed this in my account. I paid for the shipment to The Netherlands and I received a confirmation of the courier very shortly.
In the beginning I was hesitant, but the service is outstanding!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Unfortunately I can`t recommend mailboxde because for a simple service of forwarding my package from Germany to Portugal they send it to Belgium by mistake and after receiving it back they send it to me but I got the wrong package. So someone out there is waiting for the item they send to me by mistake and I don`t know where mine is... It`s unacceptable! Something so simple like the ID they can`t do the job and now I waste money and time for nothing.. Ok they try to solve the situation via email and they send it to me free of cost but c`mon how can I trust them and use the service if I can`t get my item?? Two big mistakes in my first time using this service and I was afraid before using and now I can see I was right about... Just my two cents about my experience.
EDIT: Got my package after a month but everything was fine and they pay everything. Support was good.

Summary: I recently ordered an item online and had it shipped to Mailboxde. I forwarded the order to my address, but Mailboxde shipped it to the incorrect address (wrong country â sent to Aruba [AW] instead of Australia [AU]) and are claiming it was my fault. I do not believe it was my fault as I entered my address correctly on my registration profile; it was just processed incorrectly by Mailboxde.
