Op mijn pakket stond mijn mailbox informatie niet duidelijk op, maar Mailboxde heeft het goed afgehandeld nadat ik support heb benaderd

These guys are retaining a letter from the friend who is sending me the letter from October 4th even when I gave the money to my friend to make the shipping. Now they are forcing him to send a bank transfer ( just because they want it) to "identify him". I mean this is very absurd, he has sent me several letters and everything was normal until this people came up with this new and stupid rule. I don't recommend them, they have made us wait for more than 2 weeks and moreover when my friend Angel is not a tech guy ( Pensioner) and for him to make a stupid bank transfer means going directly to the bank office. I don't get why this people accept Paypal and permit to recharge an account and put us in this situation. We're very unsatisfied with them. Not recommended at all

I bought some trading cards from Germany that I had shipped to the USA. I've never used a shipping forwarding service so I wasn't sure what to expect. Prior to Mailboxde I tried using forward2me's German Warehouse and my item was returned to the sender. I decided to try Mailboxde and it was great! The site is very easy to use and tells you exactly how to input the address on eBay and/or whatever other websites you may be using. The shipping prices were reasonable and the item arrived quickly. I rarely leave reviews but I was so impressed by Mailboxde that I felt like I needed to tell others about it.

Great service, fast (instant forwarding!) and affordable. Highly recommended. Read the rules and follow instructions, though. Thanks for opening other markets for me!

Just use their service one time but everything was fine. Really fast communication, easy to use and fast shipping to Italy. Highly recommended.

Been using mailboxde.com over the last 11 years to order from Google DE store that doesn't ship to Finland, and everything has worked great. Last order being today.

Very reliable service, i have been a customer for more than 5 years and the service and level of support has always been over exceeding my expectation. Either related to a consolidation request or even custom requests sometimes. the shipping service has been also reliable, although the rates became more expensive specially during and after COVID.

I highly recommend this package forwarding service company!
The prices are fair and they operate fast.
But it's when mistakes happen (from the sender's side, not MailboxDE) that you can really see if a company has good service or not. And I must say that MailboxDE has the BEST service ever - went way above and beyond their obligations to sort the mistake for me - a mistake done by someone else.

fantastic service! immediate notification when an inbound package arrives and same day turn around to get it out again. Reasonable cost for a great service.

This place is A+, top notch, can't believe some of these other reviews. Long story short, I used to live in Germany, own an international import/export company, and have vast experience in shipping and logistics. Mailboxde can't be beat for their price/turnaround and efficiency. All my packages were forwarded within HOURS of receiving them. Customer service was on par too, responding to an email I sent within 1 hour as well. Most all these complaints you're reading are actually complaints about shipping providers, not Mailboxde as a forwarding company, it would do these individuals well to learn the difference and hold the proper party responsible.

This is my worst experience in 10 years for shipping from Germany to Singapore. The goods was damaged and wet when the goods reached Singapore courier. I rejected to receive the goods as Mailboxde informed me that once i received the goods and if defective, i have to pay the shipping cost first to send back to Mailboxde Germany, then claimed insurance. When the goods reached Mailboxde, they did a check and told me the goods was indeed damaged but working and asked me whether to accept. I did not and requested for insurance claim. Mailboxde passed to DHL for investigation since I wanted to claim insurance. DHL got back this week informing me that i will get 0 compensation because not adequately packed. I lost a total of nearly S$600. Why my package was totally wet, if Mailboxde/DHL took care of shipping, this will not happen. Totally careless, irresponsible handling of customer package.

Great service, good prices, fast response time

Very fast and efficient service. Package was posted via courier as soon as I paid and specified my shipping preferences. Everything arrived in good order. Contact with Support was quick and efficient. I can recommend without hesitation

This used to be a 5 star service; I've been a customer for several years and was pleased with the service they provided. Yes past tense. They do NOT offer one-time consolidation anymore - the surprise comes after several packages have been sent to their warehouse - basically held hostage until i pay 4-5x the previous amount. Extremely disappointing and frustrating................

Great fast service!
MailboxDE were able to ship my forwarded parcel (from Decathlon.de) over the weekend (friday - monday).
The price were not too shabby for a 1,5kg package.
Will most likely use MailboxDE again.

I am very impressed with MailboxDE. I have used their services 3x times in the past month and there was no issue at all. The packet forwarding to my country was exceptionally fast. I highly recommend you use them.

I recently utilised the service of Mailboxde for the first time and was very impressed.

The Italian company that I purchased the goods from no longer ships to the UK so I was in need of an intermediary and soon found Mailboxde with a quick google search.

As promised, I received an email as soon as the parcel was delivered to Mailboxde's Wittau address and promptly forwarded on settlement of the invoice. It was entirely uneventful and all for a couple of Euros handling fee.

I would not hesitate to call on Mailboxde again in the future.
