Once the package was returned because of the transportation damage. The support was very kind and quick to solve my issues. I recommend!
Great service
I am using Mailboxde services for few years already and i can tell you they are the best in their field. I live in Eastern Europe and there are certain merchants that won't ship here. There is also the case with private sellers.
Anything i needed from phones to wheels have been shipped through them in a timely manner. Last time i needed them to open some packages and put some cardboard between the stuff i had inside, to protect it. If you need an address in Germany to redirect stuff, use their services

Very simple processes and immediate top-up with paypal. Cheap carrier price.
I bought shoes from german store and got it shipped to sweden.
Refused to accept delivery
I ordered an item valued at less than 100 euro. The company I ordered from support delivery to Germany. When the item is out for delivery to mailboxede, they are now refusing to accept delivery and so my goods are stuck and I will never see them.
I understand now that really there is no point in using the service for goods in transit from a third country, so for me there is no point at all in using them.
To make the situation worse, the support people I have been in contact with (Lucie & Jan) have both been quite rude and very unhelpful.
In summary, you are best to avoid this type of business as you will at some point end up with goods stuck in a warehouse somewhere. Lucky for me this time it was not a very high value item.

If there is less than one star i will definitely choose. PLEASE don't use this scam service. I suffered from them for the past three months. First of all, i bought LTE modem and they said Czech post refused to send this modem for me. Later, i did a big mistake, by adding other shipments. The person called Jan said dhl.de refused to send package for me in Saudi Arabia because of some ADR shipments. It was just an oven cleaner!.
In the third time, the same person Jan said the shipment was returned again from dhl.de for no reason. Jan refused to ship with other agent like Ups. They are just scams and dont respect their customers.
Please avoid this service at all because mailboxde.com just a scam service. Specially if you are from Saudi Arabia.
AVOID IN ANY EXPENSES.

Jan offered me just 30 Euro to finalize this issue but i refused. I paid around 130 euros and i need my money.

I lost all my packages. These packages worth more than 200 euro and no response from mailboxde.com!!

Jan from mailboxde.com claimed they returned some packages. However, they returned it as rejected and never stated their fault. Again i warn others from dealing with mailboxde.com if they want their packages. BEWARE your packages and shipping money will be taken from you in a gentle way.

It's unbelievable. They received my package, (the shipment) last Saturday 14 sept at 5:58 AM but it does NOT show up in my account nor was I notified per mail about it, as usual every month and immediately after the shipment has been received.
I have sent them a bunch of mails the last few days about it but the result: nothing, no reply, no nothing! And this is definitely not their normal course of business, that's for sure. Something really seems off here and I'm ready to know what.
So: what the heck is going on there??

Tenía que comprar algo en una tienda online que solo hacía envíos a Alemania. Comparando precios, di con Mailboxde, que fue la más barata y con mejores opiniones, así que pagué 16€ y recibí en casa el paquete a través de DHL en 5 días desde que llegó el paquete a su almacén. El servicio ha sido perfecto, la web es muy intuitiva. Lo volveré a usar de ser necesario.

I’ve been customer for years and have always received awesome service. They ship packages very quickly and shipping charges are reasonable,not overpriced.
Refusing Refund
Shipment got returned by DHL to them and they refuse to refund the amount i paid for the shipment.
Unacceptable!!
I can accept them keeping the extra processing fee due to doing work "twice" but refusing to refund the shipment cost is unacceptable!

Super simple and fast to setup. Process speed once package arrived to their warehouse was superb, no noticable delay from choosing stronger packaging option.
Can highly recommend, package arrived in good condition.
Very reasonable pricing.
If you need on time delivery maybe choose other carrier than UPS. In my case UPS screwed around multiple times and delayed the delivery by several days, Ofcourse this is outside of Mailboxde's responsibilities but just as FYI.
