Just took delivery of a new franking


Just took delivery of a new franking machine this morning. Promptly got a phone call from Dan at Mailcoms who talked through the set up process and made it so easy. Really helpful, full of useful information, cannot fault the service.

Ordered 1000 envelopes came with the 16 less.
Not a hater here lol but their process was quick and efficient. One star less solely for the missing 16 envelopes

If goods are received incorrectly/missing, customers are advised to contact us within 2 working days from receipt of delivery to enable us to deal with this accordingly.

We apologise that you received 16 envelopes less than what was advertised therefore, we dispatched replacements (more than 16) which were received on Monday 14th February.

Fantastic service, great company

We are a larger GP Practice and have used this company for many years. It is very rare we have to report any issues, but recently our franking machine broke, the service to get us a replacement was outstanding.
I can't recommend them enough, thank you Dan and team.

Great help during Christmas

Mailcoms were great to me during Xmas, I had issues with other suppliers and even ordering direct from one of the box suppliers to Mailcoms. Mailcoms would even check a batch code for me in their warehouse to ensure I would receive a certain batch.

Next day delivery everytime - no 2 week wait here!

The girls in the office were very helpful double checking with me before sending and responding to any questions.

One of their own brand boxes I didn't realise they did, tried them. Honestly twice the quality of other ones we'd used.

Have my custom going forward now and thank you for shining during the stressful period where other suppliers failed.

Great service from Mailcoms

Great service from Mailcoms, after having a problem with our franking machine, I called the office & Sarah (Office Manager) kindly arranged for an engineer to call out the next working day & the engineer fixed the problem immediately.

Sarah was very friendly, had great customer service skills & was a pleasure to interact with.

The engineer, Dan was very polite & knowledgeable, he fixed the problem within the hour & we were back up & running.

I would highly recommend Mailcoms, they are always a pleasure to work with, very helpful & supportive to our business.

Extremely good service

Extremely good service - ordered some small supplies from Mailcoms through Amazon and have been treated as if we are their only, last, and most important customer.

I had a message on my machine saying


I had a message on my machine saying account needed to print postage after pressing the wrong button and not being able to correct it myself. I called Mailcoms and spoke to Katy who passed my details onto the relevant person Dan Clarke who called be back quickly and guided me easily through how to fix my issue. Great friendly efficient service guys, thanks for your help.

Good Service, Good Price, Good Products.

Maria guided me from start to finish through the process and the options available. When the order was placed and accepted Stephanie and her team took over and were very prompt and quick at organising everything. We even got to choose our own logo for the envelope. The engineer arrived on site and the install took less than 10 minutes. Great service & company!
