Mailtrack has been very helpful in my job search, as I am able to determine the likelihood of successful application based on the number of times emails have been opened. On the other hand, I can also make good judgments about whether my colleagues or clients have checked emails during work, which can help me reduce a lot of time costs. Finally, the mailtrack staff also promptly addressed the issues I raised, which is something I value more.

Firstly The Tracker is fantastic, I have been using the free version for a year or two then I decided to jump on board with paid version which way better. Tomorrow it will be the third year that I've been using Mailtrack and I AM LOVING IT.

A really useful tool especially when I was communicating around a legal situation at work and evidencing that communications had been received, read and either actioned or inactioned.

I love Mailtrack. I don’t use paid subscription all the time, but 3-5 months per year it really helps me with my PR pitching tasks. I like how simple it is, and how great and clear analytics is. Honestly, you don’t need to contact support too often, but I have one interaction with them - and it was super fast and helpful. Thank you, Jack Abbot!

First, Mailtrack is one of those add-ons rhat does its job as it says it will. It alsi has exceptional optional features and upgrades that are exactly worth the price charged. Support is quick and easy. Unsubscribing is painless unlike places that run you to hell n back. The free app is good but the paid is 10X's better.

We had 2 Mailtrack accounts and forgot to cancel one of the subscriptions. I asked if the company could possibly cancel and refund one of the accounts, which they did very efficiently.
I really enjoy Mailtrack... It has alleviated all anxiety wondering if someone has read my email or not. (This was super important during a legal case last year).
